Here is another purchase order.  As you can see Woodlands’ assessment fees purchased $5,500+ worth of backpacks along with shipping.  This type of spending appears to occur on a routine basis.

This appears to be the item that was purchased. As you can see the size of this item is 15″x13″x4.5″.  Looking at these dimensions, I cannot help but wonder how many of the $20.00 sandwiches the board members or some of the Community Associations of The Woodlands management could carry in one of these packs.
