The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) received a TIP that narcotics were being sold from a residence located in the 7800 Block of Black Oak (The Woodlands) Magnolia Texas.
On October 18, 2007, SIU Deputies established probable cause for a narcotic search warrant which was signed by Justice of the Peace E. Connelly. With the assistance of Bianca, SIU’s K-9, 13 pounds of marijuana, prescription pills including xanax, soma, and hydrocodone, a safe, scales and other paraphernalia, and approximately $800 in U.S. currency were seized from the residence. Two suspects at the residence were arrested without incident.

2. Meta Bayer Schatte w/f 01/28/1975
Both charged with:
Possession marijuana 5 – 50 pounds F-3
Possession C/S hydrocodone less than 28 grams
Possession c/s xanax less than 28 grams
Possession dangerous drug – soma class A Misd
