Montgomery County, Texas – Late Sunday night, November 25, 2007, around 9:30 PM, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a shooting incident that occurred in the 4000 block of Pamela Way in the northwestern part of Montgomery County.
When deputies arrived they found that Dennis Clark WM age 43, had been shot one time in the abdomen. Clark was transported by Emergency Services to Conroe Regional Hospital where he later died.
The shooting incident occurred after Dennis Clark went to a neighbor’s home where an argument escalated from verbal to physical. The homeowner described to investigators that Dennis Clark had been told repeatedly to leave, and when Dennis Clark came towards the homeowner in an aggressive manor the homeowner shot Clark one time.
The homeowner has not been charged. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division is completing its investigation and will forward all information, evidence, and reports to the District Attorney’s Office when completed.
