On December 17, 2007, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office District 2 Woodlands Patrol Unit deputies responded to a welfare check on Kittiwake Ct in The Woodlands. Officer’s made entry for welfare check and smelled marijuana. The Special Investigations Unit was contacted to respond to the scene and approximately 28 pounds of hydroponic marijuana was recovered in the bedroom.
Street value is $2500-$3000/lb.
$2400 was also seized.
