Andrew Prescott
On March 11, 2008, at approximately 1:37pm, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a call for service in the 30000 block of Scotty, Magnolia, TX. Deputy Moody arrived to find an 8-month-old child suffering from human bites to the face, buttocks, feet and genitals. The child was transported to Texas Children’s Hospital for treatment. Detectives were called to the scene where they interviewed the mother of the child. Detectives learned that the mother had allowed Andrew Noel Prescott to stay at her house the night before. Mr. Prescott was interviewed at the scene and later arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Upon further investigation, it was learned that while the mother was sleeping, Prescott took the 8-month-old child from the child’s home, to his house where Prescott sexually assaulted the child. Upon presenting this information to the Montgomery County District Attorneys Office, the additional charge of Aggravated Kidnapping was added to Prescott and both bond amounts were upgraded. At present Andrew Noel Prescott is in the Montgomery County Jail awaiting bond.
