On March 31, 2008, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a theft case/investigation where property had been stolen from a boat in Del Lago Estates. Estimated cost of the stolen property was $5000. The stolen property in question was found to be advertised on an internet classified site called “Craig’s List” in the Austin and Dallas areas.

MCSO Property Crimes Detectives contacted the seller and arranged a meeting for April 02, 2008 to look at the items that were advertised and possibly make a purchase at the same time. The meeting took place in the Target parking lot, Conroe, TX. MCSO Detectives positively identified the property in question by information supplied by the complainant and arrested William Bradley Ferraro, w/m, 26 yoa, for Felony Theft.
