The files below contain the Fiscal Year 2005, 2006 and 2007 audits related to the seizure fund accounts maintained by the Montgomery County, Texas District Attorney.These audits are required by Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
The seizure fund consists of money and property seized by law enforcement.
Please note: In the audits on the last page, it appears the figures listed under “Other” are donations to local non-profit organizations which showed up in the check registers from the seizure fund.
