Criminal Mischief – State Jail Felony
Location: 5998 Shadowbend Pl.
On 07/15/2008 at approx. 2324 hrs. deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the area of Shadowbend Place and Quiet Oak Cir. in reference to assisting an off duty Pct. 3 Deputy Constable who had multiple subjects detained. When deputies arrived they met with the deputy constable and learned that several individuals had cut a tree down that fell across the road.
The deputy constable was at his residence when he heard what sounded like someone cutting on a tree. When he investigated the noise, he observed several males cutting down a tree in the area of Shadowbend Place and Quiet Oak Circle and he saw the tree fall across the roadway.
Six suspects were arrested and charged with a State Jail Felony – Criminal Mischief.

Raura, Rahul WM 017;
Staff from the Pct. 3 Commissioner’s Office removed the tree from the roadway.
