The Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s Office is conducting an ongoing investigation into an early morning fire that damaged the Peach Creek Baptist Church. As is customary with any fire involving a church, we have been joined by Investigators from the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. ( ATF )

Our investigation has determined that the fire was intentionally set and suspects have been identified. The suspects are juveniles and no other suspect information will be released at this time.

One juvenile has been taken into custody on unrelated charges.

More information will be disseminated as it becomes available.
