Update – November 3, 2008:
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has arrested two Hispanic males in connection with the Homicide victim found on Ascot Farms in Magnolia yesterday, 11-02-2008.
Detectives conducted an exhausting 16 hour investigation which led them to Edson H. Olvera Garza (W\M Dob: 09-22-1990) 18 year old and Edgar Arturo Sazo (W\M Dob; 02-08-1991) 17 year old, both from Houston. Both suspects have admitted their involvement in the Homicide of the victim who has been identified as Eugene Posana Villaruel (W\M Dob: 08-01-1991), 17 year old also of Houston.The Homicide allegedly occurred because the victim was dating Sazo’s 14 year old sister.
The suspects are both Seniors at Westfield High School and the victim was a Junior at Westfield High School. Both of the suspects have been charged with Murder (Fel-1) and are currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
No Bond has been set at the time of the press release.
