State Rep. Rob Eissler TEC Sworn Complaint and Resolution

The documents below are the Order and Agreed Resolution as well as one of the original sworn complaints from the Texas Ethics Commission concerning Texas State Representative Robert (Rob) Eissler.

Mr. Eissler agreed to an order by the TEC to pay a $10,600 civil penalty and to reimburse his political campaign a total of $18,106.53 for violations of the Campaign Finance laws.

Mr. Bruce Tough, lawyer, member of The Woodlands Township’s Board of Directors and community leader of The Woodlands is Representative Eissler’s campaign treasurer.

This resolution is the result of four complaints, the earliest from November 2006.
