MCSO Press Release – Welfare Check – Magnolia – UPDATED

Update 01/28/2009 1925 hrs

Victim in this incident has been located and is being transported to a local hospital for observation at this time.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a Welfare Check at 32610 Karen Dr, Magnolia, TX, after AT&T employees noticed a large amount of blood in the yard of this location while performing routine maintenance.

Phone Co. employees stated that three (3) males emerged from the woods South of this address and one of the males appeared to be bleeding from his arms. The three males then fled from this location in two different vehicles.

Upon Montgomery County Sheriff’s arrival, a considerable amount of blood was found inside the residence and outside of this location.

MCSO Major Crimes Detectives and Crime Scene were dispatched to this location and are currently processing the scene.

It is feared that the inured party from this residence may have suffered a potential life threatening injury if he is not treated by medical personnel immediately.

Detectives from MCSO Major Crimes Unit are attempting to locate Jason Ozan to verify his well being.

Jason Ozan is believed to be the injured party in this incident.

The victim in this incident is believed to be driving a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe, blue in color, LP #X84GSP
