On 02-20-2009 at 1500 hours, Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a robbery at 8201 Kuykendahl Rd. at the chase Bank. The Deputies were advised that a white male in his late 20’s to early 30’s entered the bank wearing sunglasses, hat, camo clothing and boots. The male then displayed a firearm and demanded money from the clerk.
The male then took the money and exited the bank walking towards a wooded area on the North side of the building. No one was harmed during the commission of the robbery.
Deputies broadcasted the description and surrounding units searched the area for the suspect. Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit were called to the scene.
This investigation is still ongoing.
