The arrest occurred late March 14, 2009; at Tomball Hospital were the suspect sought medical attention. The suspect had a cut on his head that he sustained during the incident.

On March 9, 2009 at approximately 4:00 PM Dennis Dewayne Robertson turned himself in to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office to be interviewed by detectives on this case. Robertson was arrested on one count of Aggravated Assault (Deadly Weapon) and booked into jail without incident. No bond has been set at this time.
