Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit have arrested a Suspect identified as:
Francois Veazie Centers
B/M DOB:10/18/1990
Suspect is currently being held in the Montgomery County jail.
At the time of this press release, no bond has been set.

On 04-25-2009, Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting at the Piney Shores Resort in the 8300 Block of League Line Road at approximately 0715 this date.
Upon Deputies arrival they found a Mr. Kevin Marshall B\M deceased in the pool area of the complex with what appeared to be numerous gunshot wounds. Witnesses from the scene described hearing multiple gunshots around 0520 this morning but the Sheriff’s office was not contacted until around 0700 after the discovery of the body.
Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene along with Crime Scene Investigators.
Detectives learned from the witnesses that shortly after the gunshots were heard, a subject fled the area in a blue passenger car.
Detectives have identified this subject and are currently interviewing him at the time of this press release.
There appears to be no clear motive for the Homicide at this time.
JP #1 conducted an inquest and ordered an autopsy from the Southeast Texas Forensic Center in Conroe.
