On May 5, 2009 the members of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigation Unit along with DPS Narcotics Division, Conroe concluded a month long investigation in regards to drugs being sold from a subdivision located on Crockett Martin Road.
The warrant was executed in the 17000 block of Royal Coach and once on location the listed suspect was found in his front yard.
The suspect (Juan Martinez Garcia) was very helpful in the recovery of the listed drugs.
The large amount of cocaine was found in the children’s room along with the cash. The handgun was found in the kitchen area next to the marijuana and cocaine.
The total weight of the cocaine was 9 ounce, 3 pound of marijuana and $3084.00 in cash.
