 On 04/28/09 Deputy T. Smith responded to a Family Disturbance in Progress on South Fork, in Conroe. A forty-five year old male was arrested and charged with Assault – Family Violence and Interference with a “911″ Emergency telephone call.

On 04/28/09 Deputy Kader was dispatched on Seay Court, in reference to a Family Disturbance. The investigation revealed that a husband and wife had argued and she reportedly threatened the husband with a large knife. The husband did not wish to file charges on her but she was arrested for an actual warrant; “Theft by Check”. Additional charges are pending on the Assault report.

On 04/30/09 Deputy Smith was dispatched to Paradise View Court, in reference to an Assault. A thirty-eight year old male was arrested and charged with Assault – Family Violence and Interference with an Emergency “911″ call.

On 05/02/09 Deputy Bourne was dispatched to Miller Road, in Cleveland on a disturbance. A forty year old female was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The female reportedly attacked a male with a small ax, striking the male on the arm. Minor injury occurred. This felony assault was referred to the District Attorney’s office for prosecution.

On 05/03/09 Deputy Salazar was dispatched to Security Bay in Cleveland, in reference to an Aggravated Assault – Family Violence. The investigation revealed that a male and female started a verbal argument. The female grabbed a kitchen knife and attempted to assault a male. A thirty-seven year old female was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault. A $5000 bond was set pending prosecution.

District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)

District 3 – Lt. Jim Fleming (East County)
On April 27, Deputy C. Evans observed a SUV parked in the drive lane of apartments located in the 24200 block of FM 1314. The Deputy approached the vehicle and observed two males asleep in the vehicle. Both were intoxicated. Neither subject could advise where they lived or where they were. Both males, ages 26 and 30, from Porter, were arrested at 3:17am and transported to jail.

On April 27, Deputy C. Curry was sent to the 23600 block of Hwy 59 on a welfare concern. The Deputy observed a male slumped over the wheel with the vehicle running. The male was finally awakened by EMS and was found to be intoxicated. The male had been drinking and taking xanax. The 25 year old male from Kingwood was arrested at 3:50am, charged with DWI, and transported to jail.

On April 27, Deputy J. Guion responded to a criminal trespass call in the 26800 block of East River Road. The Deputy made contact with a female that had been warned not to come back to the residence. The 37 year old female from Starksville was arrested at 7:57pm and transported to jail for trespassing.

On April 28, Deputy C. Evans was dispatched to the 23500 block of 2nd Street for a disturbance in progress call. The Deputy located a male subject involved in the disturbance and found him to be intoxicated. During the investigation the Deputy learned the male had used a false name and was a wanted parole violator. The 29 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 12:18am for public intoxication, failure to identify as fugitive from justice and a parole violation (burglary of a habitation) warrant out of Polk County. The male was transported to jail.

On April 29, Deputy R. Meredith was notified of a family violence assault call in the 23800 block of Ford Road. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised his step son had punched him on the face and chest area several times. His facial area was bloodied. The 27 year old male suspect from Porter was arrested at 12:30pm and transported to jail.

On April 30, Deputy J. Guion responded to the 16600 block of Springfield for a disturbance in progress involving an intoxicated female. The Deputy located the female walking in the middle of the street. The female had been in an argument with her mother. The 25 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:15am and taken to jail.

On May 1, Deputy L. Ray was sent to the 21700 block of Ruth Drive in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male and female complainant who stated they were assaulted by a female subject. The female subject was the mother of the female complainant and the male was the brother of the female subject. The complainants had assisted the female with getting into her residence since she was highly intoxicated. The female subject had slapped her daughter and hit her brother with a chair because she wanted them out of the house. The 36 year old female was arrested at 3:47am for the assault and also a family violence assault warrant out of Montgomery County. She was transported to jail.

On May 1, Deputy R. Ashmore was notified of a family violence assault in the 24000 block of Loop 494. The Deputy met with a female complainant who said she had been assaulted by her boyfriend. The male had struck her on the arm, shoulder and neck areas. The 26 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 9:46pm and taken to jail.

On May 2, Deputy C. Evans was dispatched to the 23600 block of Amberwood in reference to a disturbance in progress. The Deputy located an intoxicated male standing on the road yelling at two females. One of the females had been grabbed by the throat and forced on the floor by the male inside her residence. The 29 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 12:42am and transported to jail.

On May 2, Deputy C. Curry responded to the 16400 block of Charleston Drive for an assault call. The Deputy located a male in the area who matched the description of the person wanted on the assault. The Deputy made contact with a male complainant who stated he was involved in a verbal altercation when he was jumped by three males. The complainant was able to identify the male being detained as one of the actors. The 20 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 3:29am and transported to jail.

On May 2, Deputy S. Ortiz was on Forest Drive when a pickup truck crossed over into the Deputy’s lane of traffic. The Deputy was able to stop the truck in the 19500 block of Forest Drive and found the male driver to be intoxicated. The 38 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 9:36pm, charged with DWI, and transported to jail.

On May 3, Deputy C. Evans was sent to the 23700 block of Loop 494 in reference to a motorcycle being driven by a possible intoxicated driver. The Deputy located the motorcycle and found the driver to be intoxicated. The 39 year old male from Splendora was arrested at 10:59pm, charged with DWI, and transported to jail.

Warrants served:
A 28 year old male from Houston was arrested at 12:25am, April 27, in the 15000 block of FM 1314 by Deputy C. Evans for a parole violation warrant out of Pardons and Parole. The Deputy was investigating a welfare concern. The male was transported to jail.

A 27 year old male from Porter was arrested at 3:00pm, April 27, at the New Caney probation office by Deputy D. LeBeau for a DWI 2nd motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was transported to jail.

A 31 year old male from New Caney was arrested at 9:53pm, April 29, in the 20100 block of Rebecca Lane by Deputy J. Guion for a criminal mischief warrant out of College Station PD. The Deputy was investigating a harassment call. The male was taken to jail.

A 37 year old male from Houston was arrested at 1:25pm, April 30, in the area of Hwy 59 and FM 1485 by Deputy H. Trammel for a contempt of court warrant out of Winkler County and a bail jumping warrant out of Lampasas County. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious vehicle. The male was transported to jail.

A 52 year old female from New Caney was arrested at 12:30pm, May 1, in the 21100 block of Hwy 59 by Deputy D. Rippley for an adjudication of guilt warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was notified the subject was at the Probation Office. The female was transported to jail.

District 4 – Lt. Art Galloway (West County)

District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 04/27/2009 Dep. B. Lennon was dispatched to a residence on Whispering Pines Lane in reference to Burglary of Habitation. Upon arrival he made contact with the resident who advised someone had made forced entry into his home by shattering a back window. The suspect(s) removed numerous articles of electronic equipment including televisions and computers along with personal articles from multiple rooms throughout the residence. Case referred to Detectives.

On 05/01/09 Cpl. J. Bruce responded to Joe Adams Road. Upon arrival he located an abandoned vehicle on the complainant’s property. The property owner did not know who the vehicle belonged to. The complainant also reported theft of a red bull/calf valued at $600 and 4 cattle troughs. Case referred to Detectives.

On 04/30/2009 Deputies Lowe and Dishman were dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress to a residence on Sweet Bay. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges for a threat that had occurred. The complainant was transported to the hospital for medical issues ensuing from the disturbance. The suspect was found to have an active warrant for possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody for the warrant and transported the MCSO jail.

On 05/01/2009 at approximately 0200 hours deputies responded to the 700 block of Smokey River Bend. Upon arrival they were advised that four males had been standing in the roadway near the residence block access. The reportee honked his horn at the males at which time a suspect pulled a gun and pointed it at the reportee. The victim ducked down in his vehicle and “floored” it to get past them. The males followed the reportee to his home and complainant’s son exited the residence and pointed a shotgun at the suspects who got back into their vehicle and left. A short time later the suspects returned and fired two shots in the vicinity of the residence. The deputies checked the area in an attempt to locate the suspects.
