On Wednesday, a group of federal and state agencies raided a house located on North Summer Cloud Drive in The Woodlands, Texas. The residence was occupied by a local physician.

The document below is a federal indictment against Kate Ose Olear of Fort Bend County and John Edward Perry III of The Woodlands, Texas.
Both defendants are accused of defrauding Medicare.
