On April 30, 2009, site member, maxxbuster posted some documents and commentary concerning Montgomery County Judge, Alan Sadler and alleged back taxes owed (see post here).
Additionally, on June 25, 2009 maxxbuster posted information concerning State Representative Rob Eissler and his delinquent tax situation (see post here).
In response to maxxbuster’s two postings, a representative of J.R. Moore Jr., the Montgomery County Tax Assessor/Collector, posted a rebuttal (see post here).
We were also provided some additional documents which may shed more light on this situation (County Attorney Memo to Tax Assessor, Litigation Deputy Letter to Tax Assessor).
