District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On July 20, Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to a family violence assault call in the 11300 block of Harvill Drive. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband got into an argument and he pushed her on the face and was yelling at her. The male went downstairs and came back and broke open a locked door trying to get to her. He left the scene and was later stopped by another Deputy. The 31 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 6:12pm and transported to jail.

On July 23, Deputy J. Wilkerson received a theft call in the 9900 block of Ramzi Drive. The complainant stated sometime between 9am and 9pm on Wednesday, July 22nd , someone took his 5′ x 8′ homemade trailer, green in color, a 2000 orange Honda 4-wheeler and a diamond plate tool box. Total loss was $5,200.00. Case was referred to the Auto Theft division.

On July 24, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a criminal mischief in the 3700 block of Chisolm Court. The complainant advised that someone, between 5:30pm(7/23) and 6:30am (7/24), had damaged two of his bulldozers by packing dirt inside the engine oil caps and inside one of the transmission tubes. Total damage was $23,000.00. Case has been referred to the Detective Division.

On July 24, Deputy C. Holcomb was dispatched to the 11800 block of Hill Top Drive for a theft/criminal mischief call. The female complainant said that sometime between 10pm (7/23) and 7am (7/24) someone had slashed three tires and “keyed” all four quarter panels on her 1999 Ford pickup truck. They also took a tool box that was mounted on the bed and the tools inside the box. Total loss and damage was $1,850.00. Case was referred to the Detective Division.

On July 24, Deputy D. Rodriguez was notified of a fight in progress at 2017 N. Frazier. Deputy Rodriguez, who was working at the location at the time, responded to the ladies restroom where a female was observed screaming at other females. The female suspect was intoxicated and resisted being restrained. The 22 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 1:45am. In the parking lot another female was observed yelling and throwing things at another individual. The female cursed the Deputies on location and was detained. The 32 year old female was intoxicated and was arrested at 1:50am. Both females were transported to jail.

On July 25, Deputy A. Terrell responded to the 21100 block of Rock Pigeon in reference to a burglary of a habitation, building and a theft. The Deputy met with a male complainant who stated the burglaries and theft took place between July 11th and 25th. The scene was a camper trailer set up as a residence. A 10′ x 12′ storage building also sits on the lot and a covered carport. Some of the items taken included a Briggs & Stratton 8500 watt generator, a 48″ cut mower, a 16″ Sears (red) chain saw, a Dewalt 8″ (yellow) circular saw, a .410 gauge snake charmer shotgun, and a 16 foot utility trailer. Numerous other items including assorted tools were also taken. Total loss reported was $14,220.00. Case was referred to the Detective Division.

On July 26, Deputy J. Kader was sent to the area of Pegasus Court and Pollux in reference to a suspicious person call at the community pool. Several persons were identified and one male was found to have warrants for his arrest. The 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:31am for two possession of marijuana warrants out of Montgomery County. He was taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)

Possession of Marijuana/Controlled Substance/Public Intoxication Arrest(s):
7/19 – Dep. Uber was observing a location on Panther Creek Drive due to complaints received about narcotics trafficking in the area. While on location he observed the suspect, WM 16, pull into the parking lot, exit the vehicle and light a cigarette. He approached the suspect and asked his age to which he replied 16. During the course of his investigation, the suspect was also found to be in possession of .05 oz. of Marijuana. The suspect was then arrested for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Conroe.

7/25 – Dep. Barber arrested WM 55 for Possession of Controlled Substance. Dep. Barber had been dispatched to the location on Sterling Ridge Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle.

Driving While Intoxicated Arrest(s):
7/9 – Dep. Runnels was dispatched to a location on Research Forest and Bear Springs in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Dep. Runnels came upon Dep. Cranston, who was conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle in question. The driver had a strong smell of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, glassy eyes and slurred speech. The driver was unable to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety tests properly due to his level of intoxication. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

Other Arrest(s):
7/21 – Dep. Beasley was dispatched to a location on Budde Road in reference to some suspicious people looking in vehicles. During the course of their investigation, deputies found a vehicle with both doors open and running. A check of the vehicle found the owner to live off Jeffcote Road. Deputies proceeded to that address and met with the suspect WM 20 who originally stated that his vehicle had been stolen. He later admitted he had been drinking and be believed he had broken into two or three vehicles at the original location and had run from the deputies when they first arrived on the scene. Charges for False Report to a Peace Officer, Burglary of a Vehicle and Evading Arrest/Detention were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

7/22 – Dep. Wroten was dispatched to the Adult Probation Office at 9200 Grogans Mill in reference to a Fraud. The suspect WM 18 had brought in a device to falsify his drug screen and the device had broken during the testing procedure. Charges were accepted for Falsification of Drug Test. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

7/22 – Dep. Cogdill arrested BM 28 for Criminal Trespass. The suspect had pending Harassment and Criminal Trespass charges when he was arrested. He was transported to Montgomery County Jail without incident.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 7/25/09 a Corporal conducted a traffic stop in the 20000 block of Loop 494 on a truck pulling a trailer loaded with two jet skis. It was learned prior to the stop that the trailer and jet skis had been previously reported stolen out of Polk County. A high risk stop was conducted on the vehicle and two females occupants, ages and 25 and 48, were arrested and charged with Felony Theft (Possession of Stole Property).

On 7/29/09 several Deputies arrived at a residence in the 14000 block of Druid St. in search of a suspect that was believed to be involved in several recent burglaries. Deputies eventually made contact with this suspect in the residence and upon doing so observed narcotic bottles sticking out of his front pockets. The narcotics were found to be a large amount of Codeine, Methamphetamine and Marijuana. The suspect, a 17 year old male, was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Possession of a Controlled Substance a 1st degree Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance a State Jail Felony and Possession of Marijuana.

On 7/27/09 a Deputy was dispatched to the 16000 block of Tram Rd. in reference an attempted theft. Upon his arrival the officer learned that a neighbor observed a truck trying to hook up to a trailer at a neighbor’s residence that had a riding lawnmower loaded on it. The neighbor confirmed with the owner that no one had permission to remove the trailer and she then proceeded to block the suspect vehicle in with her car until the arrival of the Sheriff’s Office. Upon the Deputies arrival on scene a 43 year old male was taken into custody and charged with Attempted Theft.

On 7/25/09 Deputies were dispatched to Kingwood ER in reference to a stabbing call. Deputies learned that two males, father and son were involved in an altercation in the Freeway Oaks subdivision. During that altercation the son was stabbed and transported to Kingwood ER. The father, a 48 year old male was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault (Family Violence).

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On July 21st at approximately 1118 hours Corporal Bybee was dispatched to a Burglary of a Building in the 32000 Block of Hwy 249. The Corporal was met by the complainant who advised that someone had burglarized the church. Forced entry had been made through a large glass window. All the computer equipment had been stolen from the church.

On July 20th at approximately 2205 hours Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a burglary of a habitation in the Inverness Subdivision. The deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that a video camera and a jewelry box containing jewelry were missing from the home. The case referred to CID.

On July 19th at approximately 0255 hours Deputy Zacorski was dispatched to a burglary of a building in the 16000 Block of Butera Road. The deputy was met by the manager of the store who advised that he had arrived on location after being notified by his alarm company of the burglary. The deputy viewed the surveillance video that showed two men approaching on foot from the wooded area on the west side of the store at 0212 hours. Both men were wearing bandanas over their face and heads. The alarm immediately went off. The Security Tape has been submitted into evidence. The case referred to CID.

On July 19th at approximately 0704 hours Deputy Gonzalez was dispatched to the 33000 Block of Glenda Drive in Magnolia in reference to a burglary of a building. The deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that he found his air compressor was missing along with his Porter Saw, Black and Decker Drill and Black and Decker Leaf Blower from his garage. No Suspects at this time. The case referred to CID.

On July 15th at approximately 0734 hours, Deputy Messina was dispatched to a burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the Kipling Oaks Subdivision. The deputy was met by the complainant who advised that her vehicle was burglarized. There was no forced entry as the vehicle and the deputy learned that the vehicle had been left unlocked. The complainant could find nothing missing.

On July 15th at approximately 0826 hours, Deputy Messina was dispatched to a burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the Kipling Oaks Subdivision. The deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that her two vehicles had been burglarized. There was no forced entry as both vehicles had been left unlocked. The Complainant advised that the center console had been gone through.

On July 15th at approximately 1210 hours, Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the Kipling Oaks Subdivision. The deputy was met by the complainant who advised that her vehicle was burglarized. There was no force entry and the complainant was unsure if her vehicle had been locked overnight. The only item taken from the vehicle was a Vector brand radar detector, valued at $495. There are no suspects at this time.

District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 07/22/09 a corporal was dispatched to the area of Lyndsey Drive in the Montgomery Trace subdivision. While enroute other law enforcement in the area advised there had been numerous burglaries of motor vehicles on Lyndsey Drive. Multiple reports were taken in reference to the motor vehicle burglaries. All vehicles that had been burglarized were found to have been left unlocked. Evidence was gathered and the cases are under investigation.

On 07/24/2009 a corporal responded to the Green Cove area of Bentwater. Upon arrival the resident advised his golf cart had been removed from his garage without his consent and was missing. There were also multiple burglaries of motor vehicles on a nearby street. The residents at this location advised three of the four vehicles parked in their driveway had been burglarized during the night, and one of the vehicles had contained a handgun. The golf cart was found near the driving range. Cases were submitted to MCSO CID for follow up.

On 07/21/2009 a deputy was dispatched to a storage lot located on McCaleb Road. Upon arrival he met with the owner of a boat and boat trailer. The complainant advised he had parked and stored his boat and trailer at the location on 07/17/2009. Upon returning to the location he discovered the boat and trailer had been stolen.

On 07/24/2009 deputies responded to a condominium complex in Snug Harbor. Upon arrival they were advised multiple vehicles in the parking garage had been damaged and tires were slashed.

On 07/19/2009 a deputy was on location at a convenience store in the 15000 block of Marina Drive when he was advised of a suspicious male on the property. The deputy approached the subject who advised he was waiting on a ride. When the deputy requested the subject’s identification the subject became evasive and began moving away from the deputy. The male then fled on foot toward the April Sound subdivision. The deputy pursued the subject on foot and was able to detain him. The subject was found to have an Active Felony Warrant. The subject was arrested on the warrant and for Evading Arrest or Detention and transported to the MCSO Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)

Shoplifting Arrest(s):
7/20-25 Deputies arrested the following suspects at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive:

* WF 18, Class B Misdemeanor, recovered merchandise was valued at $78.00
* BF 18, Class B Misdemeanor, recovered merchandise was valued at $191.69
* BF 17, Class B Misdemeanor, recovered merchandise was valued at $223.08
* WM 18, Class B Misdemeanor, recovered merchandise was valued at $64.99

Other Arrest(s):
7/16 – Dep. Weatherford arrested WM 16 after conducting a traffic stop for speeding on Gosling. The suspect vehicle had a strong odor of marijuana emitting from it when Dep. Weatherford approached the driver. During the course of the investigation 2.2 grams of marijuana were found as well as other miscellaneous drug paraphernalia. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention center.

7/24 – Dep. Hook arrested WM 38 for Driving While Intoxicated after responding to a Welfare Check at 2005 Lake Robbins. Dispatch had received several calls about a driver of a red mustang driving erratically in the parking garage, almost hitting one vehicle and hitting another. The driver had blood shot eyes, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. The driver refused all Field Sobriety Tests. Dep. Hook then contacted the District Attorney’s Office, who accepted charges for DWI. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
