District 1 ~ Lt. Fleming
A 46 year old male from Houston was arrested at 5:45am, August 3, in the 11800 block of Calvary Road by Deputy J. Halbert for a theft of property by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was stopped on a traffic violation. The male was taken to jail.
A 21 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:50pm, August 4, in the 14100 block of Calvary Road by Sgt. E. Ward for a possession of marijuana warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had been notified on the location of the male for the warrant service. The male was transported to jail.
On August 5, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a family violence assault in the 6800 block of Stillwater Drive. On arrival the Deputy met with a husband and wife that had been involved in the disturbance. Both subjects had assaulted each other and each was detained. The 55 year old male and 56 year old female, both from Willis, were arrested at 7:30pm and taken to jail.
On August 5, Deputy J. Lawless was sent to the 10600 block of Royal Forest Drive in reference to a family violence assault in progress. The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her husband had become involved in an argument that became physical. The male grabbed her arm and began choking her. She got away and attempted to call 9-1-1. The male took the phone, threw it down and broke it. She was able to flee into a bedroom, locking herself in and escaping out the window to a friend’s house. The female, who was pregnant, began feeling labor pains and was transported to the hospital. The 18 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:15pm and transported to jail.
On August 6, Deputy A. Cross was dispatched to the 13300 block of Brigadier in reference to a disturbance call. An intoxicated male at the location was involved in the disturbance. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 46 year old male from Willis was arrested at 9:02pm and transported to jail.
A 38 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:50pm, August 7, in the 10600 block of Redbud by Deputy J. Lawless for a DWI warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance involving the male. The male was transported to jail.
On August 8, Deputy J. Lawless was notified of a burglary of a motor vehicle in the 13000 block of Sirius Court and that the suspects were fleeing the scene in a golf cart. It was reported that a witness was following the suspects and giving information. The males were detained near Pegasus and Sagittarius. A 37 year old Male from Willis was arrested at 4:00am and taken to jail and a 16 year old male from Willis was also arrested and taken to juvenile detention. Each was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle (several counts).
A 41 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:45pm, August 8, in the 6000 block of Woodland Park by Deputy K. Albritton for a family violence assault causes bodily injury warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a threat call. The male was transported to jail.
An 18 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:50am, August 9, in the area of Pelican Bay Blvd and S. Ruffin Lane by Deputy J. Wilkerson for a traffic warrant out of Conroe PD. The male had been stopped on a traffic violation. The male was taken to jail.
District 2 / Woodlands ~ Lt. Andrew Eason
8/6/09 – Dep. Martin was dispatched to a Welfare Check on River Plantation of a male asleep in his vehicle at a traffic light. During the course of the investigation Dep. Martin found the driver, WM 24, to be in possession of 16 ½ Xanax pills and 4.4 ounces of Marijuana. The driver was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana (State Jail Felony) and Possession of Controlled Substance (Class A Misdemeanor). The passenger of the vehicle was also found to be asleep in the vehicle. The passenger, WM 24, was placed into custody for Class C Misdemeanor Public Intoxication. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
8/1/09 – Dep. Norum, while working an approved extra job at 1201 Lake Woodlands, was advised of a Theft from one of the businesses. The store employee had alerted security of the theft and then followed the suspect until their arrival. The suspect BF 38, was detained by security. The merchandise valued at $360.00 was recovered. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
District 3 ~ Lt. Conn
Between 8/6/09 to 8/9/09 over 8 suspects were arrested as a result of separate incidents of Theft (shoplifting) at the Porter Walmart.
Between 8/3/09 to 8/10/09 an additional 8 suspects were arrested for various outstanding warrants on separate, unrelated calls for service.
On 8/10/09 Deputy Turrentine was dispatched to the 21000 block of Aldens Oak in reference to a disturbance in progress. Officers had earlier been dispatched to a loud noise complaint and had advised the suspect to turn the music down. After officers left the scene the suspect threatened to kill the neighbors who had called the police and attempted to come after them with a shovel. The suspect, a 17 year old male, was arrested and charged with Retaliation, a Third Degree Felony.
On 8/6/09 Cpl. Miller was dispatched to the 26000 block of Iron Squire in reference to a neighbor trespassing on the caller’s property. Upon Cpl. Miller’s arrival he located the suspect and she then fled on foot from the officer and attempted to enter her residence. The suspect, a 42 year old female was then arrested without further incident and charged with Evading Arrest.
District 4 ~ Lt. Park
On 08/05/09 at approximately 1942 hours, MCSO Dispatched broadcasted a “Be on the Lookout” call in District IV in reference to a green Toyota Corolla passenger vehicle with a broken out rear window. According to Dispatch, this vehicle was driving in a reckless manner and had run a vehicle off of the roadway. The vehicle was traveling east bound on FM 1488. Corporal. Wienke located the vehicle traveling in the 6700 Block of FM 1488 west of intersection of FM2978 and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, he stated he did not have insurance or a driver’s license. At this point Corporal Wienke determined according to MCSO policy the vehicle would have to be towed to prevent the driver’s further operation of the vehicle without a drivers license or insurance. Corporal Wienke then performed an inspection of the vehicle for the tow slip. The Corporal immediately discovered a clear baggie under the driver’s seat with Marijuana and also a cigarette box under the seat containing several partially burned Marijuana cigarettes. Additional partially burned Marijuana cigarettes were found in the open console along with Zig Zag rolling papers. The Corporal continued her search and found prescription narcotics in the glove box loose, not in the approved prescription bottle. The Assistant District Attorney was contacted and accepted charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Dangerous Drug, and Possession of Marijuana. The Driver was arrested and transported to MCSO for booking.
On 08/05/09 Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the 32000 Block of Hwy 249 in reference to a Disturbance Call. Upon arrival the Deputy was met by the two Actors involved. Deputy Suarez met with Actor 1 who advised that she was traveling north on Hwy 249 when an 18 wheeler was turning using two lanes and she applied her brakes. She stated that Actor 2 stopped close to her rear bumper and began honking his horn, making rude gestures and throwing his hands up. Actor 2 motioned her over to the Walgreens parking lot where he began to yell profane statements to her. Actor 1 stated at this time she called 911. She informed Actor 2 that he was on a recorded line and per the instructions of the 911 operator got into her car and locked the doors. Actor 2 stated that Actor 1 slammed on her brakes, causing him to stop quickly and almost strike her vehicle. Actor 2 stated he motioned her to pull over in the Walgreen parking lot where they both exited their vehicles and at which time he claims Actor 1 use profanity at him. Deputy Suarez issued citations for Disorderly Conduct to both subjects. The Deputy then contacted Dispatch who stated she would provide him a copy of the recording when it became available. This case has been referred to the JP’s for disposition.
On 08/02/09 Corporal Wienke responded to a disturbance in the 32000 Block of Tall Oaks. Corporal Wienke was met by two Complainants both minors who advised that on this date they were driving past the suspect’s residence on golf cart when the suspect walked into the street and confronted them. The suspect began yelling and cursing and jumped in the golf cart on top of one of the complainants. The suspect sat on the complainant and began grabbing the steering wheel, ordering the two minors to stop. During this struggle, the suspect was grabbing at one of the Complainants phone, and at one point struck her in the back. One of the Complainants recorded the suspect’s behavior on her phone. After Corporal Wienke listened to audio recording of the event and spoke to the suspect who was very intoxicated, Corporal Wienke issued four citations to the suspect, Disorderly Conduct and Assault by Contact, one each for both Complainants. Parents of both Complainants were on scene and present during the investigation of the incident. Both Complainants and Suspect requested Criminal Trespass Warnings be issued against each other. The case was referred to JP5 for disposition.
On 07/31/09 Deputy Krolczyk responded to a Theft/Criminal Mischief at a sewer treatment plant located at the 33000 Block of Wright Road in Magnolia. The Deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that on July 24th his boss contacted him regarding a hole cut into the fence at the plant and requested he check it out. On July 31st the Complainant arrived at the plant and found damage to the fence and several areas throughout the plant where copper had been taken or attempted to be taken. Someone had also attempted to take the copper wire from a blower motor destroying the motor. At this time there are no suspects. The case has been referred to CID Detectives.
On 07/30/09 Corporal Bybee was dispatched to a Church located in the 31000 Block of Hwy249 in reference to a Burglary. The Corporal was met by the Complainant who advised that on 07/29/09 the building was secured at about 2200 hours. On 07/30/09 at about 0815 hours the burglary was discovered by the Complainant. The Complainant stated before he opened the door he noticed the Building Fund Offering box on the floor that is normally in the foyer. The Complainant then unlocked the door and made entry. He noticed the Church office was a mess and the Pastor’s Office window was broken. Several of the other offices were also wrecked and sprayed with a fire extinguisher. Corporal Bybee observed the interior doors had been damaged apparently by the actor kicking the door near the locking mechanism. A hand lug nut bar was located in the pastor’s office. The Complainant identified it as one of the Church’s tools. There are no suspects at this time. The case has been referred to CID Detectives.
On 07/30/09 Deputy Gonzalez responded to a Credit Card Abuse report in the 26000 Block of Wild Flower Drive. Upon arrival the Complainant advised the Deputy that on 07/29/09 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM he believes he lost his wallet possibly at the Hardin Store, but was not completely sure. He didn’t realize he had lost his wallet until 07/30/09 when he checked his bank account and realized that his debit card had been used in various locations unknown to him. The Complainant quickly cancelled all cards that were in his wallet and called MCSO. Deputy Gonzalez made contact with Dispatch and entered the Complainant’s Texas Drivers License into NCIC/TCIC. There are no suspects at this time. The case has been referred to CID Detectives.
District 5 ~ Lt. Lacy
On 08/09/09 a deputy responded to the 12500 block of Melville Drive in reference to a burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival at the condominium complex the deputy met with a family member of the owner. The deputy was advised by the female that the condominium is a vacation residence for the family, and they commonly leave the residence unlocked thinking this to be a safe practice. Between the hours of 5pm on 08/07/09 and 4pm on 08/08/09 suspect(s) entered the residence and proceeded to the second floor where they removed the female’s wallet out of her purse. The complainant’s personal identification and other items were entered as stolen and case referred to detectives for follow up.
On 08/09/09 a deputy responded to a residence in the 100 block of N. Lakeview. Upon arrival he met with a male residence who advised a suspect had entered his unsecured residence and proceeded to the master bedroom where the complainant was sleeping and began assaulting him with a crutch and his fists. The complainant advised he was able to defend himself against the attack at which time the suspect fled the scene. A female witness on location advised she had been in another room when the suspect entered the residence. She recognized the suspect and began arguing with him at which time the suspect began assaulting her boyfriend. When her boyfriend was able to defend himself from the assault the suspect fled. A short time after the deputy arrived on location another call for service was received for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation near the same area. The deputy went to the second scene where he was able to detain the suspect. The suspect was transported back to the original scene where he was positively identified. The suspect was arrested and transported to the MCSO Jail for the burglary and issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the trespass call.
On 08/10/2009 a deputy responded to the 12800 block of Northmont Drive in reference to burglary of a building and theft of a motorcycle. Upon arrival the deputy was advised at approximately 6:30 am complainant received a call from his wife advising him that his motorcycle had been stolen. The complainant returned home to the find the storage building where he keeps in motorcycles was open. The complainant checked the other motorcycles on location and found several had been tampered with and/or damaged. He received a call from a neighbor advising his that his stolen motorcycle was lying in a ditch near the neighbor’s residence. The complainant then located an MCSO detective at a residence on Sharp Road. He advised the detective of his burglary and theft at which time the detective was able to positively identify the shoe print as belong to a suspect’s shoe at the residence. The stolen motorcycle was returned to the owner and photographs were taken of the damaged vehicles. The case was referred to detectives for follow up investigation.
On 08/10/2009 a deputy was in the area of Sharp Road on another call for service when he was approached by a resident from Henson Road. The complainant advised his utility vehicle was missing. The complainant was able to identify his vehicle by identifying marks. A neighbor advised he observed the vehicle being driven down Sharp Road during the early morning hours that same day. The witness observed the suspect and vehicle turn down a small dirt road in a wooded area. The deputy went to the area where he observed the tire tracks and followed them into the woods. The deputy located the stolen vehicle stuck in the mud. The deputy then made contact with a detective investigating several other burglary and theft incidents in the area. The detective was on location at the suspect’s residence. When advised of the make and model of the stolen utility vehicle, the detective located the key to the vehicle at the residence. A family member of the suspect provided the key to the deputy and detective who were able to use it to start the stolen vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to jail.
District 6 ~ Lt. David Dottei

8/3 – 8 Deputies arrested the following suspects at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive:
* WF 16. The recovered merchandise (4 items) was valued at $51.77. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
* BF 28. The recovered merchandise (4 items) was valued at $216.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident. Due to previous convictions for theft, charges were upgrade to a State Jail Felony.
* BM 28. The recovered merchandise (28 items) was valued at $1039.50. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident. The suspect in this case had previously shoplifted from this location along with two other suspects.
* WF 23. The recovered merchandise (8 items) was valued at $207.44. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.
8/4 Dep. Rawley arrested WF 19 at 3040 College Park Drive. The recovered merchandise (6 items) was valued at $105.92. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.
