A 29 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:19am, August 17, in the 13000 block of Sandchester Trail by Deputy J. Kader for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.  The male was transported to jail.

A 36 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:52pm, August 17, in the 10500 block of Fawn Mist Court by Deputy J. Bourne for a false report to a peace officer warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.  The female was taken to jail.

A 38 year old male and a 24 year old female from Willis were arrested at 7:04pm, August 17, in the 14100 block of Hwy 75 by Deputy S. Degner.  The male was arrested for two traffic warrants out of Montgomery County and the female was arrested for a possession of marijuana warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was assisting CPS in an investigation.  Both subjects were transported to jail.

A 23 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 11:40pm, August 17, in the 4200 block of Lynch by Deputy S. Degner for a non-support failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy had received information on the location of the male.  The male was transported to jail.

A 27 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:18pm, August 18, at #1 Criminal Justice Drive by Deputy A. Cross for a theft of property warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy had been notified that the male was at the Criminal Justice Center.  The male was placed in jail.

On August 18, Deputy S. Degner was sent to the 15900 block of Malibu E. in reference to a burglary in progress and one subject being detained.  The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he observed two juvenile males inside his truck and when they saw him they fled, with one of them carrying the complainant’s handgun.  The complainant’s grandson caught one of the males and brought him back to the original location.  Through investigation the Deputy was able to locate and take the other juvenile into custody.  The males, 15 and 16 years of age, both from Willis, were arrested at 6:PM and transported to juvenile detention and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and theft of a firearm.

On August 19, Deputy A. Cross was notified of a family violence assault call in the 16400 block of North Emerson Circle.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her step-sister had gotten into a verbal argument that turned physical.  The complainant was hit numerous times about the head and chest area.  The step-sister left the house and after the Deputy arrived and was taking information the step-sister showed back up and was detained. The 17 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 8:00pm and taken to jail.

On August 19, Deputy J. Lawless responded to the 11600 block of Metts Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle call.  The male reportee advised he witnessed a truck turn on Metts Road and turn its lights out.  The male stated there had been burglaries in the area and went to investigate.  He observed two males outside the vehicle and one male inside.  When he drove up the male in the vehicle sped off leaving his companions.  The reportee said one of the males walked up to him and identified himself as a law enforcement officer.  The reportee requested identification from the male and at that time both males ran off into the woods.  A call came in that one of the males was walking down Metts Road.  The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated and detained him.  During the investigation the male was found to have marijuana in his possession.  The 29 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:15pm and taken to jail.

A 24 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 4:01pm, August 20, in the area of Creekwood Lane by Deputy A. Cross for a civil failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was assisting Auto Theft on a recovery of a stolen vehicle.  The female was taken to jail.

A 19 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:20pm, August 20, in the 11100 block of Keystone Mills by Deputy S. Degner and the SWAT team for an aggravated robbery warrant out of Nueces County.  The Deputy and the SWAT team had received information on the probable location of the male.  The male was transported to jail.

A 46 year old male from Willis was arrested at 6:10am, August 21, in the 14000 block of African Hill Road by Deputy W. Adams for a possession of marijuana motion to revoke warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.  The male was transported to jail.

On August 21, Sgt. C. Rogers was notified of a family violence assault call in the 14700 block of Hwy 105 East.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend got into an argument and the male grabbed her by the head and face and squeezed her face.  She got away and the male grabbed her arm and twisted it.  The female attempted to call 9-1-1 but the male tore the phone line from the wall.  The 50 year old male from The Woodlands was arrested at 10:10pm and transported to jail.

On August 22, Deputy J. Lawless was sent to the 16300 block of Crockett Crossing on a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a male complainant and his daughter.  The male stated his wife was extremely intoxicated and lashed out at him and the daughter.  Both had scratches and scrapes caused by the female.  The 69 year old female was arrested at 12:50am and transported to jail.

On August 22, Deputy J. Kader was dispatched to the 15400 block of FM 1484 in reference to a male possibly armed with a pistol.  The male was said to be laying down behind a store.  The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated.  No weapon was found.  The 43 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:07pm and transported to jail.

A 42 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:55pm, August 22, in the 13800 block of Bronte Court by Deputy J. Lawless for three Willis PD traffic warrants.  The Deputy had received information on the male’s location.  The male was transported to jail.

On August 23, Deputy J.  Halbert responded to the 15000 block of Crockett Road in reference to a family violence aggravated assault.  The Deputy met with a male complainant who was the boyfriend to the suspect’s mother.  The male advised he got into an argument with the male suspect.  The male suspect pulled a handgun and threatened to shoot the complainant.  The male suspect left and then called back saying he was coming back and shoot the house up.  The Deputy located the male suspect in the 900 block of W. Montgomery and detained him.  The 17 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:47am and transported to jail.

A 53 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:25pm, August 23, in the 2000 block of Jeffcoat Road by Deputy D. Rodriguez for a family violence assault warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy had received information on the male’s location.  The male was transported to jail.

A 44 year old male from Willis was arrested at 8:30pm, August 23, in the 5300 block of Lakeshore Drive by Deputy S. Degner for a DWI motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy had received information on the male’s location.  The male was transported to jail.

On August 23, Deputy R. Salazar was sent to the 13900 block of Broken Arrow Drive in reference to a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated her husband came home and was intoxicated.  They got into an argument which turned physical.  The male choked the female and then shoved her to the floor still choking her.  He shoved her around the room and in the process injured her left arm.  The 26 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:17pm and transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 8/19/09 Deputy Chapa was dispatched to the 24000 block of Sorters Rd. in reference to an assault call.  Deputy Chapa learned that the suspect, a 25 year old male, had threatened the reportee with physical harm.  The suspect was taken into custody and upon a search of his person the Deputy located one pill that was identified as Xanex.  The suspect was charged with Assault (Family Violence) and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On 8/20/09Deputy Trammel was dispatched to the 20000 block of Rebecca Ln. in reference to a burglary in progress call.  Upon his arrival Deputy Trammel captured three suspects that were coming out of a residence.  They were arrested.  Two juveniles and one 18 year old male were charged with Burglary of a Habitation.

On 8/22/09 Deputy Trammel was dispatched to Hwy 59 @ FM 1314 to assist another officer who was on a traffic stop.  Deputy Trammel interviewed an occupant of the vehicle and smelled an odor of marijuana..  Deputy Trammel had the suspect open his mouth and discovered that the suspect had eaten marijuana.  Additional marijuana was found on the ground where the suspect was standing.  The suspect, a 26 year old male, was taken into custody and charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, a third degree felony as well as Possession of Marijuana.

 District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

 On August 20th Deputy Kerr initiated a fraud report.  Deputy Kerr met with the Complainant who advised that on 08/18/09 he discovered his bank statement had two checks in the form of a electronic transaction were withdrawn from his checking account using his full name, routing and checking account numbers without his knowledge or permission.  Both transactions occurred at Walmart.  Referred to CID Detectives.

On August 19th at 0732 hours, Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Theft Call in the High Meadow Subdivision.  Deputy Messina was met by the Complainant who advised that his vehicle had been stolen.  The Complainant advised that his vehicle had been locked when he went in for the night.  He had left his keys on the floorboard, but covered with a towel.  He had also left his wallet along with several gas cards on the floorboard inside of a bag.  While on scene Deputy Messina received a call from a Pct. 5 Constable advising that he had found the complainants vehicle on the corner of North Pine Hill and West Pine Hill.  The case has been referred to CID Detectives.

On August 17th at approximately 1323 hours, Deputy Krolczyk was dispatched to a Credit/Debit Card Abuse call in the Indigo Lakes subdivision.  Deputy Krolczyk was met by the Complainant who advised when he checked his bank account on 08/08/09 he had found charges to several gas stations in the Humble area.  The Complainant advised that he still had his credit card in his possession and to his knowledge was the only card he had.  There were four charges at two different gas stations in a ten minute period.  The Deputy obtained a list of the charges and their amounts. The case has been referred to CID Detectives.

On August 15th at approximately 1508 hours, Deputy Crandell was dispatched to a Criminal Mischief call in the Canterbury subdivision.  Deputy Crandall was met by the Complainant who advised that at approximately 1300 hours she noticed someone near her boat in the backyard.  The damage to her boat was estimated to be around $1500.  The case has been referred to CID Detectives.

On August 14th at approximately 0248 hours, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 10000 Block of FM 1488 in reference to a burglary of a business.  Force entry had been made through a large glass window on the east end of the store front.  The window was broken with a large piece of concrete.  The cell phone counter was in complete disarray with empty cell phone boxes scattered on the floor behind the counter.  Five of the butterfly knives were also missing.  The case has been referred to CID Detectives.
