A Federal Indictment was unsealed late last year against Judge Alan B. Sadler’s business partner, Aslam Ismail Kapadia.
(The Docket Sheet for the Indictment makes clear in a “highlighted” 12/29/2008 entry that the US Attorney’s office initially “misspelled” Mr. Kapadia’s middle name as ”Ismael”  but corrected the misspelling to read “Ismail” which is the true and correct spelling of [...]

This multi-agency processing included a mobile laboratory from the Houston Police Department, complete with equipment needed to draw and test both blood and breath samples.
