On 09/10/09 Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the scene of a dog bite in the 23500 Blk. of Sweetgum, in New Caney, Texas.

When deputies and EMS arrived around 1337 hours a 3 year old female child was found to be the victim of a dog bite and had injuries to her face and head. The child was taken by Air Ambulance to Hermann Hospital in Houston.

A 27 year old female was also injured and was taken by ambulance to Kingwood Hospital with injuries to her arms and is the aunt of the 3 year old victim

The aunt is receiving treatment at Kingwood Hospital and the child is listed in critical condition at Hermann Hospital.

  1. No Name says:

What breed of dog was it? I know if it was a pit bull it would have been in the title.
