On 09-11-09 at approx. 0928 the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to an address on Great Oaks Drive in South Montgomery County.
Deputies learned that a black male suspect had entered the home through an unlocked door while the homeowners were inside.
The suspect pointed a handgun at an elderly victim. The victim’s daughter came into the room and the suspect ran out of the home.
Witnesses saw the suspect run from the home and get into a waiting car (tan, newer model four door passenger car) that was parked in front of the home. The vehicle had at least two other suspects inside.
The suspect drove south on Great Oaks towards SH 242.
Suspect: Black Male 6’0 – 180 lbs – black ball cap and blue tee shirt, grey shorts, wearing gloves
The occupants of the car could have been Hispanic.
