WELL ALL I CAN SAY IS MR SADLER PUT MY BROTHER IN PRISON FOR THE SAME OFFENSE, WHAT THE HELL WAS HE DOING TAKING THOSE DRUGS AS WELL, AND DOES THAT HAVE AN IMPACT ON HIS COURT DECISIONS…. HMMMMMM HOPE HE GETS WHAT HE GIVES OUT… LOOKING @ THE VIDEO , HE CLEARLY FAILED … IT MAKES ME SICK THAT PEOPLE THINK BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HI RANKING JOB THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING, OH IS THAT A CRIME TOO, OH HERES MY JUDGES BUSINESS CARD I DONT WANT THE POLICE HERE PLEASE!!!!!! THAT IS PATHETIC, FIND ANOTHER JOB AND GO TO AA , ADMITTING IT IS THE FIRST STEP, I KNOW YOU HAVE MADE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ATTEND THESE MEETINGS, NOW IT YOUR TURN, PROBATION AND ALL…. I WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS ONE AND CHAT BACK WITH MORE INFO ON SADLER, HIS ETHICS ARE BITING HIM IN THE ASS!!!!!!!!! AND ITS GOING TO COST TAXPAYERS BIG BUCKS… WILL TELL YA ABOUT THAT ONE SOON.

No one is above the law. The truth allows us to amend our errors. No matter how embarrassing it may seem D.W.I. is never pretty but when officers do their job the community at large is protected from the possibities of harm that result from impaired drivers. It would seem this happens too often and the tragedy is the first casualty is judgement. When good judgement is absent deadly consequences are all too often the result. This incident was the best case scanario.

If his blood test came back negative, his conviction should be thrown out. Testing positive for phenobarbital may mean nothing if he has it legally

Your story here and your putting together your “case” to the AG is simply “Brilliant”. Your “pinpoint” logic and legal knowledge makes Conroe City Atty. Marcus Winberry’s legal theories as enumerated to the AG (in his request for a ruling) look like nothing more than time-wasting “stall tactics”. Thanks for “sticking to your guns” and giving the public the facts that the Judge’s cronies tried to keep under wraps for their friend and colleague. Can anyone say, Good Old Boys? And, can anyone say…”it’s time to step down Mr. Sadler!
