Would the City of Conroe refuse to release such a video if you or I were the culprit? I think not. We live in a defacto Aristocracy. The political class, which survives off of the tax dollars of us, is constantly working to elevate the elite, ivory tower types. What an outrage. He don’t want no cops! He don’t want no insurance! He don’t want no justice! He don’t want to pay no taxes! He don’t want no unwashed masses treatment! For God’s sake, don’t you know who he is? Would this officer give me the “benefit of the doubt” during a field sobriety test? Would I get numerous chances and explanations from him in the same way that Judge Sadler did? Doubtful. Can you say Aristocracy?

The City of Conroe may have argued not to release the tape because of the officer depicted; however, my guess is that the only people he has to be concerned about now are the politicians and those in the legal/judicial community.

The working-class (and even the criminal class) would have absolutely NO beef with this guy for arresting a judge; tho I am very surprised that he did it.

As someone that is definately NOT among the favored elite, I would take exception if every drunk driver involved in a “minor” accident were not offered the exact same plea as the judge….but my guess is that they’ll be throwing the book at the rest of us rather than the whole “kid gloves” treatment.
