Conroe, Texas (Montgomery County Monitor) - Tuesday night, just after 11:30 p.m. a one vehicle rollover accident killed a male in his early 60’s. The accident occurred on Interstate 45 just south of FM 1488.
According to Sergeant Jon Buckholtz of the Conroe Police the department, the vehicle left the main-lanes for an unknown reason and came to rest on the southbound feeder road after rolling at least one time. The driver of the vehicle was ejected and pronounced dead on the scene. All but one of the additional ten occupants of the vehicle suffered various non life threatening injuries and were transported by ground ambulance to local hospitals.

Buckholtz also believes none of the adult occupants nor the five children were restrained.
A Conroe Police Department press release has identified the deceased as 61 year-old Fred Cannon.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.

I’m going to guess this guy was doing something he wasn’t supposed to be doing. (Besides having passengers that couldn’t possibly have had each a seat belt!)
