District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On September 7, Deputy A. Cross was dispatched to the 16800 block of Peach Creek Drive in reference to a disturbance involving two females. The Deputy located one of the females in the roadway in front of the residence. The female was intoxicated. The 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 6:40pm and transported to jail.
On September 7, Deputy S. Degner was notified of a family violence assault in the 12600 block of Paradise View Court. The Deputy met with a male and his wife who had been arguing. Both were intoxicated. The argument had turned into a physical altercation with each assaulting the other. The 47 year old male and 50 year old female from Willis were arrested at 7:15pm and transported to jail.
On September 8, Deputy J. Wilkerson observed a male near a motorcycle at a store located in the 400 block of Stephen F. Austin. The Deputy noticed the male leave in a vehicle driven by a female. Later the store closed and the Deputy came back by and saw the motorcycle still sitting at the location. The Deputy checked the motorcycle and found it to be stolen out of Harris County. The Deputy contacted the store owner and was able to view the in-store video confirming the male first observed was the operator. The Deputy received information on the operator and the girlfriend. During the investigation the male drove back by in the vehicle he was seen leaving in and was stopped by Deputy J. Kader. The male was detained. During the search of the vehicle over a hundred checks with different names were found. Numerous driver licenses with the male’s picture and different addresses and numbers were found additionally. The 29 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:20am, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fraudulent possession of identifying information, forgery of a government document and credit card abuse. He was transported to jail. Deputy J. Halbert went to the girlfriend’s house in the 600 block of Spring Forest to speak to her. The Deputy received consent to search the female’s bedroom. The Deputy located several items of narcotic paraphernalia and substances used to manufacture methamphetamine. The female’s mother, the owner of the house, gave consent to extend the search. The Deputy located several syringes filled with methamphetamine and several individual packets containing methamphetamine. Several packages of various prescription medications, not in prescription bottles, were located as well as individually packaged marijuana. The 25 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 5:17am, charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance with intent; simulated controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of marijuana. She was taken to jail.
On September 9, Deputy D. Rodriguez was sent to the area of Crystal Forest and Forest Trail in reference to a disturbance where a male and female were arguing in the street. The couple’s car was parked in the parking lot of a store and as the Deputy pulled in the male advised he would move his vehicle. After being questioned the male told the Deputy he had a warrant out on him. The male then volunteered that he had marijuana in the center console of the vehicle which the Deputy located. The 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:00pm, charged with possession of marijuana and a deadly conduct warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was transported to jail.
On September 9, Deputy R. Salazar responded to the area of Hwy 105 and Kellyn Oaks Blvd on a welfare check involving a female walking in the middle of the road. The Deputy located the female and found her to be intoxicated. The 36 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 10:32pm and transported to jail.
On September 10, Deputy R. Salazar was dispatched to the 16400 block of Main Drive in reference to a welfare check on a male. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated and delusional. The male advised he had taken xanax. The 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:45am and transported to jail.
On September 11, Deputy W. Adams was sent to assist Deputy J. Bourne with a couple of burglars caught earlier in the morning. A witness observed two males running from a business in the 15900 block of FM 3083. The males were located walking down Exxon Road near FM 1314. Deputy Bourne detained them and stolen items were located in a back pack worn by one of the males. One of the males, a 20 year old from Conroe, was arrested at 6:00am for a capias warrant out of Montgomery County and the other, a 34 year old from Humble, was arrested for theft by possession. Both were transported to jail.
On September 11, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of an assault in the 7200 block of County Line Road. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised an invited female and her boyfriend came over to his house and started an argument with him. The complainant told them to leave and when they refused he attempted to call 9-1-1. The female took his phone and as he was trying to retrieve it the female bit him on the arm above his elbow. The 20 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 8:41pm and transported to jail.
On September 11, Deputy J. Lawless responded to the intersection of FM 1484 and Willis Waukegan in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy located a female involved in the disturbance walking down the road. The female was intoxicated and belligerent. The 36 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 11:40pm and transported to jail.
On September 12, Deputy R. Salazar observed a vehicle traveling without headlights on in the area of Loop 336 and Canterbury. The Deputy initiated a traffic stop and found the female driver to be intoxicated. The 56 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 1:31am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.
On September 12, Deputy W. Adams was sent to the 1800 block of S. Walker Road in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she was taking a shower when her husband, who was angry due to her partying all night, came in and grabbed her by the hair, jerking her out of the shower and throwing her on the bed. The 25 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 8:26am and transported to jail.
On September 12, Sgt. E. Ward was dispatched to the 11400 block of Underwood in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a male complainant who stated he and his nephew got into an argument that became physical. The younger male grabbed the complainant by the arm and pushed him out the front door. During the investigation it was found the 23 year old male from Willis was wanted on a parole violation warrant out of TDCJ. The male was arrested, charged with assault and the warrant and transported to jail.
On September 13, Deputy J. Halbert was sent to the 14000 block of Buckskin Drive in reference to a disturbance call involving a male and a female. The male had left the location and was located by the Deputy in the front of the subdivision. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 23 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:21am and transported to jail.
On September 13, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a family violence assault call in the 11100 block of Lake Drive West. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had been assaulted by her husband. The male had struck her several times on the arm and head and had squeezed her neck with his arms. The 32 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:10pm and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)
9/9/2009- Dep. Swank arrested three BM’s 19, after being dispatched to a possible burglary. While investigating the scene a vehicle drove past. The driver matched the description of a possible suspect. A traffic stop was conducted. During the investigation, a 9mm pistol was found in the vehicle. The serial number for the weapon had been shaved off. All three suspects admitted to knowing the weapon was in the vehicle. The suspects were taken into custody and charged with Tampering with Identification Number.
9/9/2009 – Deputies arrested BM 25 on IH-45 South after an Attempt to Locate was placed in reference to an Aggravated Kidnapping. The suspect had picked up the victim in Houston and drove her to an area off of FM 1488 where she was able to get away and call for help. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
9/11/2009- Dep. Everton arrested WM 17, charged with Burglary of a Habitation. The suspect was found hiding in a closet. The backpack he was carrying contained a laptop, costume jewelry, watches, cell phone, knife, digital camera and other items. Items not identified by the homeowner were later identified by another complainant in another case. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
09/14/2009- Dep. Fruge arrested BM 20, after a traffic stop in the 26700 block of IH-45 North. The suspect was found to be in possession of 10.4 grams of marijuana. The suspect was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 9/2/09 Deputy Smith was dispatched to the 27000 block of Oak Creek Dr. in reference to a stabbing call. Upon his arrival he met with the victim and learned that he had been in a dispute with the suspect, a 41 year old female. The victim had followed the suspect to her vehicle to talk with the suspect. The suspect produced a pocket knife and cut the victim several times in his arm and back. The suspect then fled the scene in her vehicle. Officers found the suspect at Hwy 59@Community Dr. and placed her into custody. Upon arrival to the jail the female was found to have 2.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine hiding in her bra. The suspect was charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On 9/7/ Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to the 20000 block of Lana Ln. in reference to a family violence call. Upon his arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had been involved in a previous physical altercation with the victim. The victim attempted to go to the home and retrieve some belongings. The suspect pointed a pistol at the victim and threatened the victim while she held her 19 month old child. The suspect, a 45 year old male was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Endangering a Child.
On 9/11/09 Deputy Jackson was dispatched to the Porter Walmart for a shoplifter in custody call. Upon his arrival he met with Loss Prevention and they advised the suspect, a 45 year old male, had concealed $399 worth of merchandise and exited the store without paying. The suspect was arrested and charged with Theft.
On 9/12/09 Deputy Ray was dispatched to the 19000 block of Oak Hill Lane in reference to a disturbance call. Deputy Ray made contact with the suspect and he appeared heavily intoxicated. Several individuals witnessed the suspect just drive up to the home, in an intoxicated state and observed his juvenile son to be riding with him. After performing Field Sobriety Tasks the suspect, a 38 year old male, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated(with child passenger) a Third Degree Felony.
On 9/12/09 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to 24000 block of Ford Rd. in reference to a Family Violence in progress. Upon his arrival he met with both husband and wife and learned they had assaulted each other and received conflicting stories on what had actually occurred. Both parties had minor injuries and accused the other of starting the assault. The 46 year old male and 39 year old female were both arrested for Assault (Family Violence).
On 9/13/09 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to the 22000 block of Ford Rd. in reference to a recovery of a stolen vehicle. While the Deputy was investigating the recovery of the stolen vehicle, which had been reported stolen in Walker County a suspicious male walked up to the scene. After speaking to the subject he admitted that he had taken the vehicle without the permission of the owner. The suspect, a 42 year old male, was charged with Theft, a State Jail Felony.
On 9/14/09 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to the 23562 Ford Rd. (Chevron) in reference to a Forgery call. Upon his arrival he learned that a suspect that was on location that had written several forged checks to the store. The suspect, a 30 year old female, was arrested and charged with two counts of Forgery, a State Jail Felony.
On 9/14/09 Deputy Amstutz observed a motorcycle traveling eastbound on Northpark Dr. at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle was weaving in and out of traffic and causing vehicles to slam on their brakes to avoid collision. The motorcycle traveled in between lanes continuing to almost cause collisions. The Deputy caught up with the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Russell Palmer Rd. The driver, a 24 year old male, was arrested and charged with Reckless Driving.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On September 10th Deputy Birch was dispatched to the Central Baptist Church located in Southwest Montgomery County in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation. Deputy Birch was met by the Complainant who advised that upon arriving at the church he had observed broken glass inside of the aluminum doors where an unknown suspect(s) had made entry. The suspects had also broken out a window to one of the Church’s portable building located on the west side of the main building. Deputy Birch cleared the building and checked for latent prints. The case has been referred to CID.
On September 9th Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Criminal Mischief call in the High Meadow Subdivision. The scene is new construction site located on Village Oaks Ct. The Deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that sometime between the hours of 1630 on September 8th and 0720 hours on September 9th his company’s Cat Mustang brand Trac-Hoe was damaged, as the side door window was shattered.
On September 6th Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to a Criminal Mischief call in Indigo Ranch subdivision. Deputy LaSalle was met by the Complainant who advised when he arrived home he smelled diesel fuel. As the Complainant got closer to his garage he saw diesel fuel on the ground under his Kubota Tractor. The two front tires had been flattened and it appeared that the valve stems were damaged. The two large pins that connect the front bucket had been taken and the hydraulic control lever broken off and tossed or placed on the ground.
On September 8th Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Burglary (Motor Vehicle) in the 29000 Block of Clear Brook in Magnolia. Upon arrival the Deputy was met by the Complainant who advised that sometime between 1800 hours on September 7th and 0715 hours this day his truck had been burglarized while parked on the street outside of his house. He advised that force entry had been made through the driver side door handle/lock, as the key hole has been damaged. Once inside the unknown suspect stole two cellular phones valued at $400.00 and a bag of tools valued at $550.00.
On September 7 th Corporal Sumrall was dispatched to the Lake of Magnolia subdivision in reference to a Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information call. Corporal Sumrall was met by the Complainant who advised that while checking his bank account on September 5th he noticed a withdrawal from Dominoes Pizza in Magnolia for the amount of $57.74 that had recently cleared his account. On September 6thanother withdrawal from Dominoes Pizza for the amount of $91.56 had cleared his account. Also a charge of $78.53 was pending from Rancho Grande in Magnolia. None of purchases had been made by himself or his wife. The Complainant called the bank on September 6th and canceled both of his cards. Both of his cards had been in his possession and he had no idea who could be using his bank information. No suspects at this time. The case has been referred to CID.
On September 6th Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Theft call in 12000 Block of Beth Lane in Magnolia. Deputy Messina was met by the Complainant who advised that sometime between the 2130 hours and 0900 hours several items were stolen from his front yard area, and also off of his boat which was parked on the side of the house. Stolen from the boat were: an 8’0” anchor pole, a Lawrence brand plotter/depth finder and a front mounted trolling motor. In addition a Pony motor, trucking chain and 28 ratchet boomers were also stolen.
On September 5th Deputy Birch was dispatched to Ranchcrest Drive in reference to a Burglary in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputy was met by the Complainant and his neighbor. The neighbor stated while she mowing her yard she observed four juveniles walk into the Complainant’s backyard. The neighbor’s husband went over to the Complainant’s residence and observed the four juveniles walking away from the rear of the residence and the window pane to the rear door broken out. Deputy Krolczyk arrived and stopped the four juveniles and after questioning one admitted they had made entry to the Complainant’s house, but they thought it was vacant. After Deputy Birch and the Complainant made a check of the house the Complainant advised that no items were missing from his house, he decided not to prosecute. The juvenile’s parents were contacted and advised of the situation. The juveniles were later released to their parents.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 09/10/2009 Cpl. J. Bruce was dispatched to a call in reference to Theft of a Motor Vehicle. Upon arrival he met with the vehicle owner who advised she had parked her vehicle, 1984 Cream/Red Chevrolet Silverado, in a public access parking lot on 09/09/09 at approximately 1500 hours. At approximately 1730 hours on that same date the owner went by the location and found her vehicle to be missing, and another vehicle was parked at the location. The female advised she contacted the telephone number listed on the second car parked and listed for sale and spoke with a male at the location to see if she could gather any information. The vehicle was not located and was entered as TCIC/NCIC as Stolen.
On 09/10/2009 Dep. R. Durbin was dispatched to the lake/park in the 800 Block of Yellowstone River to a possible narcotics usage. Deputies made contact with all suspects on location and identified several of the suspects as juveniles. An adult female was on location with two toddlers and admitted to being in possession of marijuana. In addition, the deputies observed marijuana that was freshly smoked. The juveniles were taken into custody and cited for the offense then released their parent’s custody. One male adult and the female were arrested and taken to the MCSO Jail.
On 09/10/2009 Dep. M. Jackson responded to the 700 block of Chickasaw Drive in reference to Credit Card Abuse. Upon meeting with the complainant it was found that between 08/31/2009 and 09/06/2009 at least three credit cards had been taken from the complainant’s wallet without permission. The credit cards were each reported as stolen to the bank as they were discovered missing. The bank fraud department contacted the complainant and advised the cards had been used in several locations including a tattoo parlor.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Town Center)

8/27 – 31 Deputies arrested the following suspects at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, 1680 Lake Woodlands Drive and/or 3040 College Park Drive:
* WF 38. The recovered merchandise (5 items) was valued at $173.01. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.
* WM 17. The recovered merchandise (6 items) was valued at $136.00. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
* BM 43. The recovered merchandise (2 items) was valued at $429.98. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
* BF 29. The recovered merchandise (4 items) was valued at $84.84. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
* WM 35. The recovered merchandise (6 items) was valued at $189.52. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
* WM 24 and WF 19. The recovered merchandise (6 items) was valued at $211.45. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
09/08/2009 – Deputies were dispatched to a location at 1800 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a suspect breaking into a vehicle. The first Deputy on the scene attempted to detain the suspect, who jumped in his own vehicle and attempted to leave, dragging the officer with him, approximately 200 feet. When the vehicle stopped the Deputy pulled the suspect from the vehicle and was able to handcuff him. A witness came to assist the officer until other Units arrived. The deputy received minor injuries during the incident. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant w/ Deadly Weapon, Criminal Mischief, and Fraudulent Use of Possession of Identifying Information.
