Attached are surveillance photos of the suspect who entered the Regions Bank on Highway 249 in Montgomery County on September 28, 2009, and demanded money; telling the teller that he had a gun.

Original Press Release
Today just before 1:00 P.M., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Regions Bank at 32323 Highway 249 in West Montgomery County involving a robbery.  Deputies learned that a single suspect had entered the bank carrying a brief case and handed a teller a note demanding money and told the teller that he had a gun.

The suspect was described as:

            White Male / approximately 25 to 35 years old.  5’11” to 6’01” 165 to 180 pounds.

            Wearing jeans and white long sleeve shirt with a black hat that had “POLICE” written on  the  front in white letters.

suspect profile 2 After leaving the bank it is believed that the suspect fled on foot.  No vehicle was seen and no one was injured.

The Montgomery Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating the crime and continues to work cooperatively with surrounding law enforcement agencies.  Regions Bank technical staff is working with investigators reviewing surveillance footage.
