Why don’t we all start a write-in vote at the next election and vote for the guys (by “writing in” their names on our ballots) who are sending in all these TEC complaints against all these elected officials.
We should do this because these dedicated complaint writers are all a lot smarter about the laws than all these officials who don’t have a clue what the law says they can and can’t do on a simple form!
Maybe their inability to follow the laws that govern their public duties is a result of their low IQ’s??
Or maybe it would be their low personal moral standards??

Something funny going on between Rhinehart and Signoreli, what is sad is he wrote checks to campaign manager who is also his soon to be wife. She is also campaign manager for newest N.C.I.S.D member Alan Moreau, only in East County. Thats the only way Moreau got in, riding coat tails and the commish

A Montgomery County grand jury indicted Phyllis Ann Traylor, 51, of Conroe, Aug. 6 for taking somewhere between $20,000 and $100,000 from the Montgomery County Inmate Trust Fund, according to her indictment. Traylor allegedly stole the money, the indictment states, from Jan. 6, 2007, to Nov. 14, 2008.

Traylor served as a finance clerk with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Her husband, Michael Traylor, serves as an MCSO deputy, MCSO Lt. Dan Norris said.

The indictment further states that through a continuous scheme she allegedly obtained the money “by virtue of the defendant’s status as a public servant.”

Although Traylor does not have a criminal history, this isn’t the first time she’s made headlines.

She was one of two women who spoke out publicly and accused Precinct 4 Commissioner Ed Rinehart of sexual harassment in 2003. The allegations first became public in October 2002 when a “whistleblower” lawsuit was filed against the county by MCSO Lt. David Park, Traylor’s supervisor at the time.

The day after Park filed his lawsuit, Traylor and another woman in Rinehart’s office filed discrimination complaints with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission documenting the alleged sexual harassment.

The Texas Supreme Court ruled in the county’s favor for the lawsuit, and a Montgomery County grand jury did not indict Rinehart on the allegations.

ED is a snake, that is why his good friends are all in trouble. He has been here too long. Another commissioner who will leave office with more money.Ed, where did you get that 250,000 dollar motor home from that you park on county property. Did Danny Signorelli get it for you.

I would be more curious to see Mr. Rineharts bank records for the past few years. I heard information that the new “Rinehart Park” was built by a close friend of his that he knew from the golf course constuction field which he is involved in via his personal career. Starnge this contractor got the bid to me. Wouldn’t be shocked to see a kick back check from that cut to either him or his girl friend. Speaking of girl friend, how is it he can date someone for so long that works directly for him?

Montgomery County is a group of ‘Good Ole Boys’. They cover one another’s backsides while taking advantage of their constiuents! The people need to gather for our OWN town hall meetings and put an end to CORRUPT government in our county! When I called Ed Rinehart’s office about ACQUIRING the proper forms for changing our ‘private’ road to a ‘public’ road (many don’t understand that private only means the people themselves are responsible for any and all repairs or IMPROVEMENTS to the road) and was told by his office that I COULD NOT have the forms, Rinehart was on vacation and it was HIS decision anyway whether or not this would happen!!!! I didn’t argue with the foolish lady on the phone, I’ll be going down in person now.
Its time to stop this blatant disrespect of not only the law, but the people they serve!
