The following information is being sent to the parents whose children attend Caney Creek High School, Moorhead Junior High, Grangerland Intermediate, San Jacinto Elementary, Austin Elementary, Milam Elementary, and Creighton Elementary:
Today a ninth grade female student who attends Caney Creek High School reported an incident to school officials who notified the Conroe ISD Police Department. The student reported that at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, a Hispanic male, approximately 18-20 years old and driving a black four-door vehicle with chrome vents on the front fenders offered her a ride home after she exited the school bus. She was unharmed and ran home. The man had short black hair and wore a long sleeve black sweater. This incident occurred in the Deerwood Subdivision. The school district Police Department investigated the report and is sharing the information with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
