On 12-7-09 around 3:10 pm Montgomery County Sheriffs Office Deputies responded to 20851 FM 1485 in New Caney in reference to a Robbery call.
According to witnesses a Hispanic male entered the Check n Go store, produced a handgun, and demanded money. The staff complied with the demands and the actor left with an undetermined amount of money
The actor was described as approximately 5’8” and around 150 lbs. He was wearing a black zip up jacket with a hood and had a buzz style haircut.
