Champion Dirt Director, Bill Martinez Sr. – TEC Resolution – $500 Civil Fine

piAccording to Texas Ethics Commission documents, on October 8, 2007 Bill Martinez Sr. made a prohibited political donation to Montgomery County, Precinct 1,  Justice of the Peace, Lanny Moriarty.

A complaint was filed and the Commission recently released the results of the investigation.

The document below is the Texas Ethics Commission’s Order and Agreed Resolution in which Martinez agreed to pay a $500 fine to resolve the situation.

JP Moriarty settled his complaint earlier this year by paying a $2,800 civil penalty.
