On December 21, Deputy A. Cross and Corporal P. Smith were dispatched to an aggravated assault in the 700 block of Holly Springs Court.  The Deputies located the male victim laying on the side walk in front of the residence.  The male had been shot in the lower leg.  The male complainant stated he and his mother got into a verbal argument. His mother produced a .38 caliber revolver and shot twice at the male wounding him once in the leg.  The other round that was fired ricocheted and hit a garage wall across the street.  A male was working in his shop behind the garage at the time.  The 45 year old female from Willis was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct.

On December 21, Deputy A. Booher was sent to the area of I-45 and FM 1097 for an attempt to locate on a van.  The Deputy had received the call that a male had pointed a gun at a female complainant while driving south on I-45.  The Deputy located the van and located the handgun.  The complainant advised the male had been tailgating her and riding her bumper and then pulled along the right side of her vehicle and pointed a handgun at her.  The 32 year old male from Missouri City was arrested and charged with deadly conduct.

On December 22, Deputy J. Wilkerson was dispatched to the 400 block of Stephen F. Austin in reference to an alarm.  The owner of the store and the deputy saw on surveillance video that a suspect had tried to break into the store. The Deputy searched the area for a vehicle that was seen in the surveillance video and located a vehicle matching the one involved at a fast food restaurant at  I-45 and Loop 336 the vehicle sped away.  The Deputy gave chase but lost sight of the vehicle.  A short time later a Conroe PD officer stopped the vehicle.  The male driver was identified by the Deputy from the store video.  The 17 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with evading in a motor vehicle and attempted burglary of a building.  He was transported to jail. 

On December 22, Deputy J. Kader observed a vehicle parked on the side of the road in the 12900 block of Hwy 105 East.  An intoxicated male was found to be passed out inside the vehicle.  After being awakened the male could not advise where he was or where he was coming from.  The male was detained and then checked by EMS.  The 56 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:08am and transported to jail.

On December 22, Sgt. E. Ward was assisting in an auto theft investigation in the 1800 block of North Acres.  While on location several persons were identified.  Two of the persons were found to have open warrants.  A 59 year old female from Willis was arrested at 7:13pm on a DWI warrant out of Montgomery County along with a 39 year old male from Houston who was arrested for a civil failure to appear (non-payment of child support) warrant also out of Montgomery County.  Both male and female were taken to jail.

A 37 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:31pm, December 23, in the 12200 block of Hilltop Drive by Corporal P. Smith for a tampering with governmental record warrant out of Montgomery County.  The Deputy was advised by adult probation that the male was wanted and he was located at his residence. The male was transported to jail.

On December 23, Deputy J. Hodges was sent to the 100 block of Aquarius Road in reference to a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her boyfriend got into an argument that turned physical.  The male pushed the female several times including against the bathroom tub causing injury.  The 36 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:43pm and transported to jail.

A 50 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:00am, December 24, in the 11700 block of Calvary Road by Deputy J. Lawless for a theft of property warrant out of Cherokee County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.  The male was taken to jail.

On December 24, Deputy R. Salazar was notified of an assault in the 5000 block of Wood Loop.  The Deputy met with two male subjects each claiming to have been assaulted by the other.  The Deputy observed both subjects to have injuries.  After the investigation was completed the males, 23 and 38 years of age, both from Conroe, were arrested at 3:55am, charged with assault and transported to jail.

On December 25, Deputy J. Wilkerson responded to the 13600 block of Shadow Bay Drive in reference to a family violence assault.  The Deputy met with a male and female who each advised they had been assaulted by the other.  They had been arguing, the female slapped him and he threw her down on the sofa.  Both had been drinking and neither could remember what the argument was about.  After the investigation was completed the 56 year old female and her fiancé, a 43 year old male, each from Willis were arrested, charged with assault and transported to jail.

A 44 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:00pm, December 26, in the 15300 block of Arrowhead Bend by Deputy K. Albritton for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle warrant and a DWI 3rd or more warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.  The male was taken to jail.

On December 27, Deputy R. Salazar was sent to the 11700 block of Farmers Trail for a family violence assault call.  The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend got into an argument.  The male pushed her down and grabbed her by the throat and choked her.  She attempted to call 9-1-1 but the male grabbed the phone from her.  The male was located and detained when he made a threat of retaliation against the complainant.  The 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:35am, charged with assault, retaliation and interference with an emergency call.  He was transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Andrew Eason (South County/Woodlands)

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 12-27-09 Deputy S. Ortiz responded to the 20000 block of N. Sabine Dr. in reference to an aggravated assault call where a male was hit with a vehicle and the suspect then pointed a firearm at the victim and his wife.  The actor was located and arrested for two counts of Aggravated assault.

On 12-24-09 Deputy Trammel was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call in the area of E. Community and West Rd.  When the deputy arrived he found a male asleep in the vehicle.  During a vehicle search marijuana was located..  The male was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

On 12-19-09 Deputy Curtis was dispatched to a welfare concern in the 23600 block of Highway 59.  When he arrived he found a male who had been stopped by an off duty Harris County officer.  After standardized field sobriety tests were performed on the driver he was arrested for a third DWI which was a felony offense.

On 12-23-09 Deputy Trammel was dispatched to the 27000 block of Diamond C in reference to two separate calls for thefts of motor vehicles.  Deputy Trammel and other officers were able to locate both of the vehicles that were reported as stolen. Both actors were also located. A female was arrested for evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in one vehicle while a male was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon from the second vehicle.

On 12-23-09 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the 23000 block of Highway 59 in reference to a theft call.  He arrested a female for theft and possession of a controlled substance.

On 12-22-09 Deputy Walker responded to the 23000 block of Highway 59 in reference to a theft call involving two females.  Both women were arrested for theft.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On December 22nd Corporal Sumrall along with Deputy Williams were dispatched to the Bridge on SH 249 in reference to a Missing Person.  The Deputies were advised by MCSO Dispatch that a passerby had possibly seen the person on TV listed as a Missing Person walking in the area.  The Deputies arrived at approximately 7:30 pm and began checking the area including under the bridge.  A white male was located sleeping underneath the bridge on top of a concrete pillar.  The subject was identified as the Missing Person endangered since December 12th.  MCSO Dispatch advised that the male had an outstanding warrant for Parole Violation.  The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 22nd at approximately 5:00 pm Deputy Williams was dispatched to a Disturbance Call in the 37000 Block of FM 1774.  Upon arrival the Deputy ran the subject on location and found that the subject had a warrant for non- payment of Child Support.  The Warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 20th at approximately 10:00 pm MCSO Deputy Hollan and MCSO Deputy Zavorski responded to a dispatched call in the 30000 block of Scotty Street in Magnolia in reference to a 911 hang-up call.  Upon arrival the Deputies met with the Complainant and the Suspect.  The Complainant advised that she had been arguing with the suspect when he had restrained her against the wall by placing his hands on her neck and squeezing.  After strangling her two more times the Complainant called 911.  The Suspect was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 20th at approximately 4:00 pm MCSO Deputy Crandell was dispatched to West Buckhorn Lane in reference to Family Violence in Progress.  Upon arrival, Deputy Crandell met with the Complainant who advised that the Suspect was upset about money missing from their bank account and as the argument became heated she call 911.  As the Complainant was on the line with the 911 Operator the suspect threw the Complainant to the ground and tried to search her pockets.  The suspect arrived back on the scene and was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 20th at approximately 12:00 am MCSO Deputies, Hollan, Zavorski and Herman responded to a dispatched call at the 16000 Block of Longneck Drive in Magnolia in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  The Deputies met with the Complainant who advised that around 11:30 pm the suspect knocked on her front door.  The Complainant asked the suspect to leave and he refused.  He appeared to her to be intoxicated.  The suspect pushed open the door and entered the residence.  He grabbed the Complainant’s TV and threw it out the front door.  The Complainant’s friend confronted the suspect.   The suspect then left on foot before deputies arrived.  This case has been referred to CID.

On December 13th at approximately 5:00 pm MCSO Deputy LaSalle in response to an Attempt to Locate (ATL) made a traffic stop in the 38000 Block of FM 1774 on a Suspect Vehicle.  The two suspects in the vehicle had just left a place of business in the 37000 Block of FM 1774. The store owner had witnessed the two suspects come into her store at approximately 4:30 pm.   The male and female had acted suspiciously and tried to split her attention several times coming in and out of the store.  As they were leaving the store the owner took down their license plate number.  After doing a quick inventory of the store the owner discovered the two suspects had stolen a folding knife and a wooden frame with a metal sculpture inside of it.  After the two suspects were detained a search of their vehicle turned up several items. The owner of the store arrived on scene and identified her two items.  The suspects were questioned about the remaining items which the male acknowledge they had stolen from another store down the road.  The two suspects were arrested for Theft (a State Jail Felony offense) and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy   (Northwest County)
December 23, 2009 at 5:00 PM Deputy Durbin responded to the 3800 block of Treasure Island in regards to an Assault. Investigation revealed where the male complainant was driving down a residential street and was stopped and threatened by the male Suspect who approached the vehicle on foot from his yard. The Suspect was issued a citation for Assault (by threat) Class C Misdemeanor and referred to the Justice of the Peace Court.

December 25, 2009 at 8:30 AM Deputy R. Thompson responded to the 100 block of Stones Edge in regards to the Burglary of a Habitation. The Complainant reported that unknown person(s) had entered the residence and stole numerous articles to include jewelry and collectibles. The amount of loss is estimated to be in excess of $13,000.

December 26, 2009 at 2:00 AM Deputy Rex conducted a traffic stop in the 18100 block of SH 105 West. After completing several standard field sobriety test the male driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Class B Misdemeanor and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $600 bond.

December 26, 2009 at 6:00 PM Deputy Farmer conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of SH 105 West. After completing several standard field sobriety test the male driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Class A Misdemeanor and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.

December 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM Deputy Neeley conducted a Warrant Service in the 21000 block of SH 105 West. The wanted male subject was located, apprehended and arrested without incident for a Theft warrant. The subject was placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $10,000 bond.
