Texas Outdoor Power Sales, Wayne Glasscock – TEC Resolution – $250 Civil Fine

piAccording to Texas Ethics Commission documents, on July 30, 2007 Wayne Glasscock of Texas Outdoor Power Sales, Inc. made a prohibited political donation to Montgomery County, Precinct 5 Constable, David Hill.

A complaint was filed and the Commission recently released the results of the investigation.

The document below is the Texas Ethics Commission’s Order and Agreed Resolution in which Glasscock agreed to pay a $250 fine to resolve the situation.

Constable Hill settled his complaint in early 2009 by paying a $500 civil penalty.
