The vehicle was parked on the street in front of a home at the time of the fire.
Randy Schaff was inside the home when he heard a car alarm. Schaff said, “[I] looked outside and the car was in flames.”
Schaff believes the fire was set intentionally and he also believes he may know the suspects. Schaff also said he heard a vehicle in the area just before the car alarm sounded.
The Montgomery County Fire Marshals Office is investigating this incident.
