Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest – The Woodlands, Texas

sopatch5Shortly before midnight the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to Towering Pines in the Panther Creek Village area where the homeowners reported that someone had entered their home through a back door and attempted to take a briefcase.

Sheriff’s deputies cordoned off the area and began a systematic search.  Homeowners on nearby W. Southfork Pines Circle called the Sheriff’s Office and reported a man in their backyard who was looking through a window. 

Corporal Ford and Deputy Johnson located the suspect hiding in a wooded area near the home.  While attempting to arrest the suspect the suspect tried to hit one of the deputies.

The suspect sustained minor injuries during the struggle and deputies were not injured.

Arrested:        

Joshua Wayne Clendennen     W/M    12/29/1983
The Woodlands, Texas

Currently charged with Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest

Additional charges of burglary could be pending. 

 A mug shot will not be immediately released of Joshua Clendennen pending the possible need of identification from witnesses.

    Has anyone in MontgomeryCountyhad to call the police to learn they do nothing–(some officers)that they know the perps or criminals? When you are robbed/guns pulled on you: the prior DA can’t seem to find the case or criminal or trial results you were forced to testify–nor do they stop the criminals friends from harassing you. The new DA’s staff refuses to provide a meeting. The Sheriffs office refuses to do an internal investigation. What do you do? If you defend yourself with a gun: you will be shot. The illegals certainly have no fear in Conroe or on all the construction/law service/etc sites? Why are US Citizens not having laws enforced except against us dba the USA?
