A one car accident on Kuykendahl just inside Harris County from Montgomery County. The incident occurred on May 21, 2010 just before 2:00 a.m.
The vehicle left the road and struck a tree, entrapping the driver.
Spring Fire Department along with The Woodlands Fire Department responded to the scene.
The patient, a 27 year-old female was flown by Life Flight to Hermann Houston with non life threatening injuries.
