District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On May 31, Deputy D. Pena observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Pelican Blvd and FM 1097. The Deputy checked the vehicle and found an intoxicated male passed out inside. The 44 year old male from Willis was arrested for public intoxication at 3:10am and taken to jail.
On May 31, Deputies C. Robertson and S. Degner were sent to the 13400 block of Levi Road in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputies spoke with a male and female complainant who stated they had been assaulted by their son. The male had been head-butted several times by the male suspect and the female said her son hit her on the head with a door. The 17 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:51pm and transported to jail.
On June 2, Deputy K. Berger was notified of a threat in the 17100 block of Highline. The Deputy met with a male complainant who stated he was at home when he heard a loud crash from a traffic accident down the street. The complainant went down the street and observed that there had been injuries at the scene and he parked behind the vehicle in the ditch to prevent a male suspect from pulling the vehicle out before the police arrived. The male suspect told the complainant to move his vehicle and he refused. The male suspect told the complainant if he did not move his vehicle he was going to shoot the complainant. The complainant advised he was in fear for his life. The Deputy also observed the suspect to be intoxicated. The 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:02pm and transported to jail.
On June 3, Deputy K. Underwood was dispatched to the 2300 block of Crockett Martin Road in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a male and female complainant. The female advised she and the male suspect had been dating off and on for the past two years and there had been violence between them before. The female said after a brief argument with the male suspect who was outside the home, the male suspect punched through the glass door striking the female on the face. The other male came to help the female when he was struck on the face by the suspect. The suspect male also damaged the female’s vehicle. The 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:47am, charged with assault, assault causes bodily injury, criminal mischief and criminal trespass after it was learned there was an active criminal trespass warning for the residence against him. The male was taken to jail.
On June 3, Deputy K. Berger observed a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road in the 15800 block of FM 1484. The vehicle was occupied by two males. As the Deputy approached the vehicle, in the bed of the truck, a garbage bag was seen stuffed with copper wire and a set of bolt cutters were laying next to the bag. The males admitted to taking the copper wire from some abandoned homes. Both males, aged 38 and 18, from Willis, were arrested at 2:29am, charged with theft of copper and transported to jail.
On June 3, Deputy K. Albritton responded to the 10800 block of S. Lake Mist Lane in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a male and a female complainant, who were the parents to the juvenile female suspect. The complainants stated they have had continual problems with the female suspect and on this day the female suspect tried to run out the door to run away when they physically stopped her. In doing so the female suspect hit her mother on the arm and kicked her several times on the legs. The juvenile female, from Willis, was arrested at 6:00pm, charged with assault and transported to juvenile detention.
On June 3, Deputy A. Cross was sent to the Gene Campbell Sports Complex, 3200 TX DOT Road, in reference to a suspicious person. The Deputy was advised on arrival that there were three males drinking alcoholic beverages in the stands. The Deputy spoke with two of the males and a third male was being resistant to speak with. The Deputy observed the male to be intoxicated and very belligerent. The 51 year old male from Canencro, LA, was arrested at 6:49pm and taken to jail.
On June 4, Deputy K. Albritton was dispatched to the 10900 block of Wood Acres Drive in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her boyfriend had been drinking wine earlier and had become angry and started yelling at her and her aunt. The complainant was seated in a chair when the male yanked it out from under her causing her to fall and injury her shoulder. The 28 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:15pm and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 6/4/10 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the 13000 block of Morgan Drive in reference to an Assault call. Upon his arrival he learned that two males had been in a fight and one of the males pulled out a pistol and cocked the hammer. The suspect then held the other male and continued to threaten him with the pistol. The suspect, a 45 year old male was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Assault.
On 6/4/10 Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to Marks Ct. in reference to a family violence call. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had assaulted the victim by grabbing her throat and striking her. The victim had a small child in her arms at the time which caused minor injuries to the child. The suspect, a 31 year old male was arrested and charged with Injury to a Child and Assault.
On 6/4/10 Deputy Ashmore was dispatched to the 25000 block of Red Bird Ln. in reference to a Burglary in Progress call. Upon his arrival officers began to search the house for the suspects and then heard movement underneath the home and observed two suspects running away. Deputies gave chase and were both apprehended. A 22 year old female was charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Evading Arrest. The second suspect, a 20 year old male was also found to be in possession of Cocaine and Xanex. The male suspect was charged with Burglary of a Habitation, Evading Arrest, Retaliation, and Possession of a Controlled Substance x2.
On 6/5/10 Deputy Hamilton was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a Theft call. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had had left the store without paying for some items. Due to the suspect having prior theft convictions this offense was increased to a Felony Theft offense. The suspect, a 24 year old male was charged with that offense.
On 6/6/10 Deputy Amstutz was dispatched to the 23000 block of Park Dr. in reference to a female that had been calling 911 without having an emergency. The female had been told not to call 911 numerous times by the call taker but continued to call in a harassing manner. Deputy Amstutz made contact with the female and she appeared intoxicated. The female resisted arrest and used force against the officers. The female was then taken into custody without further incident. The suspect, a 53 year old female was arrested and charged with Harassment and Resisting Arrest.
On 6/8/10 Cpl. Armstrong was on patrol in the area of the 16000 block of FM 1485 and observed a vehicle that had been involved in a traffic accident at Interstate 45 @ Sawdust Rd. The vehicle fled the scene of the accident. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the driver was given field sobriety tests. The driver showed signs of intoxication and failed the field sobriety tasks. The suspect, a 41 year old female was arrested and charged with DWI.
On 6/8/10 Deputy Walker was dispatched to the 22000 block of White Oak in reference to a family violence call. Upon his arrival he met with the victim and found that the suspect had attempted to strike her and threatened to kill her. The suspect was located down the street and taken into custody. The suspect, a 42 year old male was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On June 6th Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to Hardin Store Road in reference to a disturbance in progress involving an intoxicated male threatening people. Upon arrival Deputy Zavorski detained the 46 year old male subject who was on the back porch of a residence screaming. The Deputy met with the Complainant who advised that the subject told the people at the residence it was time to go and fired a handgun into the backyard. The Complainant had locked him out of the house because of his out of control behavior and threats to assault him. The subject was arrested and charged with Assault by Threat (Family Violence).
On June 6th Deputy Gonzalez observed a SUV backed up to a new construction site in the 500 Block Honea Egypt. As the Deputy turned his vehicle around to investigate, the male subject who was in the process of loading plywood into his vehicle began running east bound from the location leaving his vehicle behind with the keys in the ignition. A brief search of the area was conducted and Deputy Gonzalez was unable to locate the subject. It was later learned by Deputy Zavorski a suspicious looking vehicle had been circling the area and it was believed the driver was looking for the subject who had run from the incident location. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and learned that he was the Uncle of the subject involved in the incident. The Uncle gave the location of the subject and the Deputies were able to locate him and transport him back to the incident location. The 18 year old Hispanic male was arrested and charged with Theft and Evading on Foot.
On June 5th Deputy Birch while on patrol in District 4 was dispatched to Walnut Creek Road @ Butera in reference to a vehicle that was failing to stop for Officer Horton from the Stagecoach Police Department. Deputy Birch upon arrival to the dispatched location observed Stagecoach following a blue Chevy pick-up truck with his emergency lights on. Deputy Birch followed Officer Horton for less than a half a mile when the truck turned on Turtle Creek Way and then into a driveway and parked. The driver exited the vehicle and was identified. While inventorying the vehicle a 410 shotgun was found inside of the backseat of the truck. After running the driver’s identification through Dispatch it was discovered he was a felon. Since the driver was a felon in possession of a firearm he was arrested and transported to male booking.
On May 31st Sergeant Russell was dispatched to a residence on Ranchcrest in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival the Sergeant met with the Complainant who advised her 13 old daughter had taken the family’s vehicle without her consent. The Complainant feared the 13 year old could cause a wreck and injure herself or someone else due to her age and not knowing how to drive a vehicle. Before the Sergeant had arrived on location the juvenile had returned the vehicle. The Sergeant met with the Juvenile who advised she took the vehicle because she was bored. The juvenile was taken into custody and charged with Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
On May 30th Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the intersection of 1st street and Glenda in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle was damaged with the airbags deployed and left abandoned in the ditch with the keys in it. The registered owner was contacted and went to his residence with the Deputy where they viewed forced entry had been made through a front porch window. The Complainant advised that only one person knew where he kept the keys to his vehicle and that was his nephew. While gathering evidence and information at the Complainant’s residence the nephew showed up with his grandmother and admitted to his Uncle that he had broken into his house, stole his car and wrecked it. He also admitted to taking the Ford Explorer parked in the Complainant’s driveway and driving it around before he took the vehicle he wrecked. The 13 year old juvenile was charged with Burglary of a Habitation, Theft of a Vehicle and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and transported to the Juvenile Detention Facility.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 06/03/10 Deputy J. Howze was dispatched to 15476 Highway 105 W in reference to a Trespasser. Deputy Howze arrived on location and made contact with a white male. The male was unsteady on his feet and showed signs of intoxication. The subject was a danger to himself and others, and was placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to MCSO jail without incident.
On 06/ 05/10 Deputy J. Farmer was dispatched to 12900 Walden Rd. in reference to a disturbance in progress. Deputy Farmer arrived on location and observed two males involved in a verbal altercation at the pool. Deputy Farmer separated the subjects and found that the aggressor in the altercation was exhibiting signs of intoxication. The subject was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to jail without incident, and the other subject was released.
On 06/05/10 Deputy C. Favorat was dispatched to 15476 Highway 105 W in reference to a welfare check. Deputy Favorat arrived on location and observed two white males. The males exhibited signs of intoxication and after being interviewed by Deputy Favorat, it was determined that the subjects were dangers to themselves and were placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to jail.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On 5-30-10 at approximately 2:25 am Deputy Conklin was on foot patrol along Water Way Ave when he was nearly struck by a speeding vehicle. Deputy Conklin took evasive action and was able to avoid injury. Deputy Conklin was able to get the license plate and description of the vehicle as it accelerated and sped away Deputy Conklin provided the information to MCSO Dispatch via radio. An Attempt to Locate was aired and the vehicle was stopped by another deputy at the intersection of Grogan’s Mill @ Lake Robbins. Deputy Conklin responded to that location and an investigation was conducted. The 25 YOA female driver was later detained due to intoxication. The female was placed in custody for DWI and booked into the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, TX.
On 5-31-10 at 5:30 pm Deputy Weatherford was working traffic -speed step program when he stopped a vehicle traveling well over the posted speed limit in the 2200 block of Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Weatherford made contact with the driver and asked for a driver’s license. The driver provided an identification card. Deputy Weatherford immediately determined that the identification card was a fake. Deputy Weatherford continued his investigation and determined that the numbers printed on the fake card was an actual driver’s license number assigned to another person. Deputy Weatherford contacted the on call Montgomery County ADA and had the charge of Fraudulent Use of Identifying information accepted. The 37 YOA male, a Spring, TX resident, was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, TX
On 6-1-10 at 5:45pm Deputy Veith and other deputies were dispatched to White Willow Circle, The Woodlands, TX to investigate a Criminal Mischief call. A witness observed a green SUV occupied by three white males drive to the listed address and cause damage to the residence by shooting multiple rounds with a pellet gun at the residence. The witness was able to provide the license plate to the SUV as it drove away. An Attempt to Locate was aired for the vehicle and it was later stopped by other law enforcement officers. The occupants of the vehicle were returned to the scene and identified as the actors by the witness. The pellet gun and ammo were recovered as evidence. The Juvenile ADA was contact and accepted charges on all three juvenile subjects for Criminal Mischief – Class A, due to their knowledge and involvement in the act. All three juvenile males 15 YOA, 16 YOA 16 YOA were transported to Juvenile Detention in Conroe, TX.
On 6-1-10 at 1040 am Deputy Cantu and Deputy Synott were patrolling in the area of Gosling at Lake Woodlands when they checked the license plate on a vehicle on a passing vehicle. The license plate showed the vehicle as stolen. Deputy Cantu and Synott requested back up units to the area. The two occupants of the vehicle, a 24 YOA male and a 33YOA male, who were both Conroe residents, were detained by deputies and released into the custody of an Auto Theft task Force Detective.
On 6-3-10 Deputy C.E. Roberts arrested a 20YOA Magnolia resident for (7) outstanding Montgomery County warrants for Burglary of Vehicles.
On 6-4-10 at 5:21pm Deputy Godden conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for defective lighting equipment on East Shore Drive. Deputy Godden made contact with the driver who provided him an I.D. card. A check of the male’s name and birth date showed that he had an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Godden and found the male to also be in possession of 10.5 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. The male was also charged with Possession of marijuana.
On 6-7-10 Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 26YOA Magnolia resident for a Motion to Revoke Warrant for the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated.
