Burglary of Motor Vehicle Arrests
On 6/10/2010 at about 0414 hours Montgomery County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched Wind Flower in reference to suspicious persons.
The reportee stated that he was watching two suspects as they were entering his neighbor’s vehicles that live on Meadow Ridge Place and they were ransacking the cars. The witness watched the two suspects get into a dark colored 4 door vehicle and drive off.
Deputy Runnels spotted the vehicle on Cochrans Crossing at Bay Branch and stopped the vehicle. The witness identified the suspects as the two people he saw entering the vehicles on Meadow Ridge Pl.
The owner on the vehicles that were burglarized identified property that was recovered from the suspect’s car. Deputy Runnels also discovered other property in the vehicle that belonged to residents that live on South Concord Valley Cir. These victims also identified their property.
Two IPhones were also found but their owners have not yet been identified.
The two suspects were arrested and transported to the Conroe jail each charged with 4 burglary of a motor vehicle charges.

Morris, Matthew Thomas W/M are 17 from the Woodlands
Wanted Felon Arrests
On 06/10/10 at approx 0029 hours Corporal Gonzales saw a female at the payphone at 3000 College Park and she appeared to be upset. Cpl Gonzales stopped to talk with the women and found that she was with a male.
As a result of interviews and the investigation with the two, both were found to be wanted felons, and the car they were driving was stolen.
Both subjects were arrested and taken to the county jail.

Warrant and Evading Arrest
On 6-9-10 Woodlands Units had received several calls since 0600 hours regarding a white male, wearing only boxer shorts, running on Woodlands Parkway. At approximately 1353 hours MCSO dispatched aired the call again. Several units checked the area and information was received that the male was now near the Wal-Mart -Tire Center.
Deputies arrived at the Tire Center and when the suspect saw deputies he took off running with a cell phone that he borrowed to make a call. Deputies chased the male through the store from the back to the front parking lot. The male hid underneath a vehicle then ran again when discovered.
The male then ran through the Wal-Mart parking lot toward Capitol One Bank and Whataburger. Once at the bank, he ran through a wooded area several times. Sergeant J. Jenkins finally arrested the suspect near the Whataburger.
The suspect originally provided false information as to his identity to deputies but was later identified.

MARBURGER, DEREK W/M DOB 4-28-88
Marburger was found to have Active warrants for Credit Card Abuse, Failure to Identify-Fugitive from Justice, and Evading Arrest. The suspect was charged with Evading Arrest and Failure to Identify-Fugitive from Justice.
