Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office have identified the female found dead in a private lake as 38 year old Toyna Kay Rizzo of Conroe. A family friend saw the broadcast about the investigation on a Houston a television news channel and alerted family members who contacted Sheriff’s Office investigators late last night.
The cause of death remains under investigation and no new information is available for release.
The cooperative working relationship between the Sheriff’s Office and the news media aided in the quick identification of this victim.

On Saturday June 26, 2010, at approximately 12 noon Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol deputies and Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit responded to the 1000 Block of Mohawk Drive in Montgomery, Texas in reference to a drowning.
The victim was found in a private lake and not been identified. The victim appears to be a white female about 5’ 8” to 5’ 10” tall weighing about 140 to 150 pounds. The victim has shoulder length black hair and has numerous tattoos. The most evident tattoo is on the victim’s back and is “Sky’s Gift” in baby blue writing with a fairy underneath the writing.
