Justices of the Peace Masden, Metts Pay TEC Fines

Matt Masden, Justice of the Peace for Montgomery County Precinct 5 and James Metts, Justice of the Peace for Montgomery County Precinct 4 have both agreed to pay the Texas Ethics Commission $900 and $100 respectively in order to settle allegations of campaign finance violations.

Both were accused of several violations of state statutes which regulate campaign finance.
