District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On June 21, Deputy D. Pena was checking the area of FM 2090 and Crockett Martin when a male was observed laying on the shoulder of the road. The male was passed out. On checking his welfare the male was found to be highly intoxicated. The 46 year old male from Porter was arrested at 3:20am and transported to jail.
On June 23, Deputy R. Salazar was notified of a criminal trespass in the 10400 block of Champion Village Drive. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised there was a dispute over child custody. The complainant advised the mother of his grandson arrived and knocked at the door. The complainant asked who it was several times with no answer. When the complainant opened the door the female forced herself past him entering the house. The male asked her to leave and she refused. The 23 year old female from Ingleside was arrested at 12:16am and transported to jail.
A 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:38pm, June 23, in the 16400 block of FM 2090 by Deputy J. Kader for a child support warrant out of Nacogdoches County. The male had been stopped on a traffic violation. The male was taken to jail.
A 30 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:39am, June 24, in the 9500 block of Darkwood by Deputy J. Kader for a failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was conducting a narcotics investigation. The male was taken to jail.
On June 24, Deputy C. Holcomb was sent to the 17000 block of Hwy 75 in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her common law husband had been arguing. The male had been drinking. She advised the male pushed her striking her on the lower lip and cutting it. A witness to the assault advised the male punched her on the mouth, knocking her down and then kicked her and punched her while she was down. The 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:45am for the assault. The 41 year old female from Conroe refused treatment by EMS and was arrested for two assault warrants out of Montgomery County. Both the male and female were transported to jail.
On June 25, Deputy K. Underwood was dispatched to the 10000 block of Deep Forest in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised his ex-wife had come to the residence to retrieve their son. An argument started and the female slapped the male and kicked him in the groin area. The male was holding her off when she grabbed a plate close by and hit him over the head with it. The male had a laceration about two to three inches in length on the head. The 22 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 10:25pm and transported to jail.
On June 26, Deputy A. Terrell was sent to the 9700 block of Deep Forest in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband got into an argument and he struck her on the face. The male pulled a gun and told her he was going to shoot her. The female attempted to call 9-1-1 but was prevented from doing so by her husband. The 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:37pm, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and interference with an emergency call. The male was transported to jail.
A 43 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 1:08am, June 27, in the 11800 block of Nelwood by Deputy K. Underwood for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The female was transported to jail.
On June 27, Deputy S. Degner observed a vehicle speeding in the area of S. Loop 336 and FM 3083. Upon stopping the vehicle the male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:55am, charged with DWI and taken to jail.
On June 27, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a family violence assault in the 13300 block of Chasewood Court. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he had dropped off their kids to his estranged wife and then got into an argument with her. He was sitting in his vehicle getting ready to leave when she grabbed him by the hair and pulled, cutting his scalp with a fingernail. The 33 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 10:00am and taken to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On June 22, 2010 at approximately 10 pm, Deputy Mitchell and Deputy Swank were dispatched to a Criminal Mischief on Richards Road. Deputies met with the Complainant, who said that he had received a call from his sister that two boys were banging on the door and trying to get into her friend’s apartment. He drove over to pick the girls up and take them back to his house. When he arrived one of the suspects assaulted his sister and threw bricks and chairs at his vehicle causing damage, including a broken windshield. Both suspects then left on their bikes, stating they would be back with pistols. One suspect, a Black Male, 16 yrs old, was detained and released to an adult. The other suspect, Black Male 17 yrs old from Spring, was arrested and charged with Class A Assault and Class A Criminal Mischief. He was transported to the South Montgomery County Jail.
On June 28, 2010 at approximately 9pm, Deputy Mitchell and Deputy Roberts were dispatched to a location on Stableridge Drive in reference to a Warrant Service. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 6/22/10 Cpl. Armstrong along with Deputy Dunn were assisting with a civil standby in the 18000 block of Erie St. Upon their arrival they observed the suspect throw an object at a nearby vehicle. The Deputies approached the suspect and he fled on foot. Deputies gave chase ordering the suspect to stop. The suspect continued to run and was caught by the Deputies. The suspect, a 23 year old male was arrested and charged with Evading Arrest.
On 6/26/10 Deputy Holden was dispatched to the 19000 block on FM 1485 in reference to a burglary in progress. Several individuals observed the suspect burglarize several vehicles. The Deputy was able to locate the suspect in an apartment and recovered stolen property. The suspect, a 24 year old male was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
On 6/27/10 Deputy Holden was dispatched to the 19000 block of FM 1485 in reference to a criminal trespass. Deputy Holden found the suspect and learned that the suspect had been given a criminal trespass warning the previous night. The suspect, a 24 year old male was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass.
On 6/27/10 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to Albert Dr. in reference to an assault family violence. Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had assaulted her boyfriend by striking and biting him. The victim had visible injuries. The suspect, a 28 year old female was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.
On 6/29/10 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to 24000 block of E. Terrace in reference to a suspicious person call. The suspect had been cutting through yards riding a bicycle. The suspect was found to be intoxicated. The suspect, a 23 year old male was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On 6/30/10 Cpl. Armstrong along with Deputy Dunn were on patrol and dispatch received a call that a vehicle was traveling very slowly on Hwy. 59 northbound and had struck a concrete barrier. Sgt. Valenzuela observed the vehicle traveling 25-45 mph in a 65 mph zone and was unable to maintain a single marked lane. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of intoxication. A 13 month old child was also in the vehicle. The driver was given field sobriety tasks and determined to be intoxicated. The driver, a 32 year old female was arrested and charged with DWI with a child passenger, a State Jail Felony. The child was released to the custody of Child Protective Services.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On June 27th Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the Prairie Rose Bar parking lot located in the 32000 block of SH 249 in reference to an intoxicated male and female arguing in the parking lot. Upon arrival the Deputy located, identified the two subject’s and observed both subjects to have red blood shot eyes and slurred speech. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from their breath and person and they were unable to balance while standing on their own. Both parties were arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On June 27th Deputy LaSalle made contact with a Waller County Precinct 2 Constable who had custody of an 18 year old male subject who the Constable advised had a felony warrant in Montgomery County for Theft of a Firearm. Deputy LaSalle confirmed the warrant through Dispatch and took the subject into custody and transported him to South County Jail.
On June 25th Deputy Zavorski received information on a 48 year old male subject with an active felony warrant for Indecency w/Child Sexual Contact. Deputy Zavorski went to the 37000 Block of Little Thorn and on arrival located and identified the male subject. The subject was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On June 25th Deputy Hahs received information on a 28 year old female subject with an active felony warrant for Theft of Property. Deputy Hahs went to the 14400 Block FM 1488 and on arrival located and identified the female subject. The subject was placed into custody and transported to female booking in Conroe.
On June 24th Deputy Suarez was flagged down by an Employee of the Shell Station located in the 26000 block of Hardin Store Road. A male subject had taken a pint of Blue Bell ice cream without paying for it and was still in the parking lot. Deputy Suarez made contact with the subject and had him come back into the store to pay for the ice cream. When checking the subject’s ID through Dispatch an Active Warrant for Capias Profine (unpaid judgment) was discovered. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the South County Jail. The subject’s vehicle was towed along with the pint of Blue Bell ice cream melting in the front seat.
On June 22nd Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the 24000 Block Nichols Sawmill Road in reference to a Disturbance/Welfare Check call. Upon arrival Deputy Suarez met with the Complainant and a 27 year old male subject (brother of the Complainant). The Complainant advised that the suspect became enraged due to being unemployed and approached him with a baseball bat and told him he was going to kill him and the whole family. The Complainant stated the suspect then threw the bat into the front yard and grabbed a full fuel can with gas and told him he was going to set fire to the house, himself and the Complainant. The Complainant in fear of his safety called 911. The male subject was arrested for Terroristic Threat. While in custody the subject advised the Deputy that he had several Marijuana plants in the residence and in-door growing equipment in a spare bedroom. An additional charge of Possession of Marijuana was added to his arrest record.
On June 21st Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to the 47000 Block of Azalea Trail in reference to a Trespasser in Progress. The reportee advised that there was a female subject pounding on her front door and screaming at her. The reportee stated that the subject is her son’s ex-girlfriend and the subject will not leave. Upon arrival Deputy Zavorski viewed a Chevrolet Lumina parked in the middle of the road with the driver door open. The Deputy made contact with a male subject sitting in the passenger seat who advised that the driver was the female down the street screaming. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage could be detected from the male subject along with red blood shot eyes, slurred speech and poor balance. Deputy Zavorski placed the male subject into custody for Public Intoxication and drove approximately 100 yards down the road to where the female subject was in the front yard yelling. The female subject ran out into the street when the Deputy pulled up where it became obvious from the Deputies observation that she was also intoxicated. She was also placed into custody for Public Intoxication and both subjects transported the Montgomery County Jail.
On June 16th Corporal Sumrall and Deputy Tavarez were dispatched to the 27000 Block of Dobbin Huffsmith in reference to assist an US Marshall with a detained subject. Upon arrival the Deputies met with the US Marshall who advised the 42 year old male subject was wanted for several felony charges. The Deputies began searching the complex and located the suspect with the assistance of a Harris County Precinct K-9 Unit hiding in the laundry room. When asked where he was hiding before the laundry room he stated he was on the patio getting high when he saw the Sheriff’s Units drive down the street. 1.4 grams of Crack Cocaine were recovered to which the subject admitted he had been smoking prior to the arrival of law enforcement. The subject was taken into custody for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported Montgomery County Jail.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 06/24/10 Deputy Durbin responded to the 16400 block of Piper Lane in regards to an Assault. Investigation revealed that two adult male neighbors had been involved in a physical altercation in the street where one male struck the other in the face causing minor injuries. The Suspect was arrested for Assault Misdemeanor A and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $750 bond.
On 06/24/10 Deputy Lowe conducted a Traffic Stop in the 18600 block of SH 105 W. Upon making contact with the female driver it was determined that she had an outstanding warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $1500 bond.
On 06/24/10 Cpl. Spiller responded to the 13800 block of SH 105 W in regards to the Burglary of a Building. The Complainant reported that someone had forced entry into his business over night and stole several items of computer equipment and power tools valued at over $2000. This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.
On 06/25/10 Deputy Rex responded to the 7300 block of Snug Harbor in regards to an Assault Family Violence. It was determined that a husband and wife had came home from a Bar and became involved in a physical altercation. It was reported that the husband struck the wife several times in the head and also struck her head against the furniture. The husband was arrested for Assault Family Violence and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $10,000 bond. This charge was filed as a Felony 3 due to the prior history of violence of the arrested individual and in an attempt to prevent further violence as mandated by law.
On 06/26/10 Deputy Farmer conducted a Traffic Stop in the 5600 block of SH 105W.Upon making contact with the female driver it was determined that she showed signs of being alcohol impaired. After performing poorly on several standard field sobriety tests, the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $600 bond.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On June 22, 2010 at approximately 2300 hours, Deputy Conklin, while on foot patrol in the Waterway area, entered the parking garage at Lake Robbins and Mall Ring Road and observed the suspect vehicle parked up against the wall. Dep. Conklin observed the occupants of the vehicle passing an item back and forth within the vehicle. Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle the driver, White Female 19 yrs old from Spring and one passenger, White Male 19 from Spring, were both found to be in possession of marijuana. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On 6/29/10 at approx 12:49 am hours Deputy Nichols was dispatched to 6900 Lake Woodlands in reference to an alarm. When she arrived, she observed a black SUV with two subjects running toward it. She believed that the two subjects may have just burglarized a building at this location. She detained a white male but a black male ran from the location. Deputy Nichols advised that she had one detained and requested additional units. She gave a description of the black male that ran after she gave him commands to stop. She also observed him throw an object in the shrubs near the area of which he was running. That object was later identified as a clear plastic bag of cocaine. After further investigation, it was found that the two suspects did not burglarize the building but assaulted someone at the apartment complex. The white male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. On this same date at approximately 8:15 am a call came in of a suspicious person, thought to be the black male suspect, at the pharmacy on Kuykendahl and Woodlands Parkway and deputies responded to attempt to locate him. Deputy Neal located the suspect a short time later in a drainage ditch on Kuykendahl and identified him as the suspect from the earlier call. District Attorney’s Office was contacted and a felony charge of Evading was accepted. Other charges are pending at this time.
On June 22, 2010, Deputy Nedrow and Deputy Uber were dispatched to a location on Alderon Woods Place in reference to a Liquor Violation. Upon arrival, they noticed numerous cars parked in the street. As they approached the vehicles, they noticed several of them were occupied by teenagers who were attempting to leave the area. All drivers were informed to stay on location while they completed their investigation. A little further down the street there appeared to be an altercation in progress. As they approached the persons involved began to walk away. When asked to stop, they began to run. After a brief chase, Deputy Uber and Deputy Underwood, who responded to the scene as back up, detained a White Male 18 yrs old from The Woodlands, armed with a baseball bat. He was charged with Public Intoxication and Evading on Foot. Another White Male, 18 yrs old from the Woodlands, was found to have a head wound from the earlier altercation and was taken to the hospital. While on scene, another White Male, age 19 from The Woodlands, walked up to Deputy Nedrow. Deputy Nedrow observed that the subject was intoxicated and his speech was slurred. This subject was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
On June 25, 2010 at approximately midnight, Sergeant Jenkins conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of Meadow Canyon and Meadowridge. While speaking with the driver, Sergeant Jenkins noticed that the passenger was trying to eat a green leafy substance. The passenger, White Male 18 yrs old from The Woodlands, was found to be in possession of .416 oz of marijuana. Sergeant Jenkins contacted the Intake Division of the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Possession of Marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The driver of the vehicle, White Male 18 yrs old from The Woodlands, received citations for Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence Minor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released to a parent that was called to the scene.

6/22 – White Female 19 yrs old from Conroe – The recovered merchandise (9 items) was valued at $55.23. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
