On July 21, 2010, at approximately 4:29 PM, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 16000 block of Hwy 105 East to A-Budget Storage involving the burglary of multiple storage units.Patrol deputies found that five storage units had been burglarized and that the owner of the storage business had seen the burglars leaving and followed them to a motel in Cleveland, TX. The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office was notified and detained a female suspect at the motel.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Property Crime investigators arrived at both the motel in Cleveland and at A-Budget Storage. They arrested Crystal Scott, W/F, 11/9/79 and she was charged with five counts of Burglary of a Building. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are anticipated.
