On July 22, 2010, a 73 year old male victim left Chase Bank located at IH45 and Sawdust Road with a bank bag containing an undetermined amount of cash and started for home. While driving to his home on N. Summer Star Ct. in The Woodlands he noticed a car following him, but could not see the occupant(s). When the victim arrived home he saw the car that was following him stopped nearby, but then the car moved and parked around the corner.
When the victim was walking from his vehicle to his house a black male suspect came up from behind him and stole the money bag he was carrying and ran away.
A neighbor saw the incident and gave chase on foot but could not catch the suspect. The neighbor saw the suspect get into the backseat of a Black Lincoln LS that was parked on S. High Oaks and flee. A license plate was not be seen.

Blue jeans, white t-shirt, checkered shirt with a collar, white shoes
