When deputies arrived they found a black male victim inside the business with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body and legs. The victim was transported to The Woodlands Herman Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses to the shooting told investigators that the victim met with acquaintances in the parking lot and got into a vehicle. Witnesses said that they heard gunshots and saw the victim running away from the car. A light skinned black or Hispanic male suspect was seen chasing the victim while shooting at him. The suspect returned to the vehicle and fled north on IH-45.
No one else was injured. The suspects have not been identified or apprehended.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a late 1990s to early 2000s model suburban with a brush guard and missing a window on the passenger side.
Vehicle Driver: W/M medium build with short brown hair and multiple tattoos on his arms and neck wearing a white t-shirt.
Passenger/Shooter: Light skinned black or Hispanic male 508-510 200lbs with braided black hair. He was last seen wearing dark shorts and a white shirt.
