District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On February 6, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 300 block of Hwy 75. The 40 year old male driver, from Conroe, was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. He was arrested at 5:04am and taken to jail.
On February 7, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation at 7:25pm near Bee Creek and Hasara. The 35 year old male driver, from Conroe, was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to jail.
On February 8, Deputy S. Squier was sent to a family violence assault call on Vistawood. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had been asleep when she was awakened by her male roommate touching her breasts. She jumped up and the male struck her on the back several times and held her down. The 67 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:43pm and transported to jail.
On February 9, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Business Park Drive. During the investigation, the 25 year old male driver, from Willis, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug. The male was also wanted out of Montgomery County for a traffic warrant. He was taken to jail.
On February 9, Deputy S. Squier was notified of a family violence terroristic threat call on Birdie Road. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he and his son had been arguing and his son threatened him with a knife. The 17 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:27pm, charged with terroristic threat and taken to jail.
On February 10, Deputy S. Squier was dispatched to a family violence call on Berry Lane. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her fiancé had gotten into an argument that turned physical. While sitting in a vehicle at their home the male punched her and choked her. She got away and the male caught her from behind and put a knife to her throat threatening to kill her. The 24 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:02am and transported to jail.
A 25 year old female from Cleveland was arrested at 12:20am, February 11, and taken to jail from the 19100 block of Meadow Lake Road by Deputy C. Santoro for a theft by check warrant and a revocation of probation warrant, both out of Liberty County.
A 47 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 3:42am, February 11, and taken to jail from the 700 block of Gandy Road by Deputy J. West for a writ of attachment warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
A 17 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:34pm, February 11, and taken to jail from the 11800 block of Oak Woods Drive by Deputy Z.Winford for an evading arrest/ detention warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
A 33 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:44am, February 12, and taken to jail from the 14100 block of Hwy 75N by Deputy C. Santoro for a surety to surrender warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.
On February 12, Deputy J. West was notified of a warrant service on a female in the 14200 block of East Ravine Run. The Deputy made contact with a male on location who advised his wife was not at home. Deputies assisting, observed the female being hidden in a closet by her husband. The 49 year old female, from Willis, was arrested at 3:35am for a misdemeanor warrant out of Montgomery County. Her husband, 61 years of age, was also arrested for hindering apprehension and a criminal mischief warrant out of Montgomery County. Both were transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On 02/07/12, Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block oh IH45. The driver was identified and it was learned his license was not valid and an arrest warrant had been issued for his arrest. The 27 yoa male from Spring was taken into custody for the warrant and Driving While license Invalid.
On 02/08/12, Deputy Logan was dispatched to a business on Egypt Lane on a disturbance. Further investigation revealed a female had in her possession a concealed handgun in a licensed premise that sold alcohol and signage clearly stated no firearms on premises. The 26 yoa female from Spring, was taken into custody for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon in a License Premises.
On 02/08/12, Sgt. Viands was dispatched to a suspicious person in the Woodland Oaks subdivision. The subject was located and it was learned an arrest warrant had been issued for his arrest. The 26 yoa male from Spring, was taken into custody for the warrant.
On 02/08/12, Deputies Knight and Dowell conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Rayford Road. Upon speaking with the driver a strong odor of burnt marijuana could be smelled from inside the vehicle. Upon further investigation it was discovered the driver was in possession of marijuana. The 22 yoa female from Spring, was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana.
On 02/09/12, Deputies Dowell and Knight were dispatched to an address on N. Legends Village Circle on a disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned an argument escalated and the victim attempted to call 911 but the actor took the phone from her. A 40 yoa male from Spring, was taken into custody for Interference with an Emergency Phone Call and Terroristic Threat.
On 02/10/12, Dep. Zavorski assisted another deputy on a traffic stop. He identified and spoke to the passenger and smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Further investigation determined the passenger to be highly intoxicated. The 27 yoa male from Conroe, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
On 02/10/12, Dep. Reuvers was dispatched to the 10000 block of Woodlands Parkway on a welfare check. Upon arrival, a male was located and it was determined he was highly intoxicated. The 34 yoa male from Magnolia, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
On 02/10/12, Sgt. Russel conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block of IH45. The driver was identified and it was learned his driver’s license was not valid. The 31 yoa male from Conroe, was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid.
On 02/11/12, Deputy Fruge conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block of IH45. A strong odor of burnt marijuana could be smelled on the subject. The 24 yoa male from Spring had marijuana in his possession and was taken into custody.
On 02/12/12, Deputy Koonce and Dishman were dispatched to an address on Hillridge Drive on a disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned an assault had occurred. The 16 yoa male from Conroe, was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and transported to Juvenile Detention.
On 02/12/12, Deputies Underwood and fruge responded to an address on Winchester Drive for a disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned a man had ingested an unknown amount of medications and had assaulted family members. He was aggressive towards deputies who were able to detain him and transport him to Conroe Regional for evaluation. Once there he assaulted a member of the staff and was restrained. A 49 yoa male from Conroe was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence, Assault on a Public Servant and Interference with an Emergency Phone Call.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 02/06/12, Deputy’s Bartowskewitz and Morris were dispatched to Walnut Hills in reference to a Family Violence. Investigation revealed that a 17 YOA white male had assaulted his uncle. The 17 YOA white male was arrested and was transported to jail without incident.
On 02/07/12, Deputy Hardin was dispatched to the area of Hayden and Firetower Road in Conroe, Texas in reference to a vehicle that had run off the road into a ditch. Investigation revealed that the 40 YOA white male driver was coming from a bar in The Woodlands and was headed to the northwest side of Houston Area indicating obvious disorientation. After numerous field sobriety tasks were attempted and failed by the driver along with other obvious signs of intoxication, he was arrested for DWI and transported to jail without incident.
On 02/07/12, Deputy Gratz was dispatched to the 100 Block of Northpines in Kingwood, Texas where he picked up a 36 YOA white male for a Montgomery County Warrant for Interference with Public Duties from Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The subject was transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 02/08/12, Cpl. LeBeau was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart Store where a 25 YOA white male was detained for shop lifting which was found to have a value of less than $50. It was found that the male had an active warrant for Order of Arrest out of Montgomery County CCL#5. Subject was arrested for described warrant and transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 02/08/12, Deputy White was dispatched to the 21000 Block of Live Oak in New Caney, Texas in reference to an Assault “Family Violence” Investigation. Investigation revealed that the 40 YOA white male involved had an active warrant out of Montgomery County Pct 3 which was confirmed as he was arrested and transported to the East County Jail.
On 02/09/12, Deputy Walker was dispatched to the 25100 Block of Howser Drive in New Caney, Texas in reference to a Disturbance. Investigation revealed that the 33 YOA white female which was involved in disturbance had an outstanding warrant out of Liberty County. Warrant was confirmed as she was arrested and transported to the jail in Conroe, Texas without incident.
On 02/12/12, Deputy Azwell was assisting with a Civil Service at the 26400 Block of Carol Lane in Splendora, Texas where investigation revealed that a 28 YOA white male had two outstanding warrants, one for non-payment of child support and the other for FTA out of Pct 3. These warrants were confirmed and the subject was transported to the East County Jail without incident.
On 02/14/12, Deputy Walker was advised of the possible location of a 47 YOA white male that had a Felony Warrant. The deputy responded to the 15900 Block of FM 2090 in Conroe, Texas where the male involved was located and the warrant was confirmed. The male subject was arrested and transported to the jail without incident.
On 02/15/12, Deputy’s Perez and Evans were dispatched to the 24500 Block of Loop 494 in Porter, Texas for a suspicious person. Upon their arrival, they located a 49 YOA white male that had several indicators of intoxication. This subject was given the opportunity to obtain a form of transportation to a safe place with negative results as he was arrested for Public Intoxication for the safety of himself and others in the area.
On 02/15/12, Deputy’s Perez and Evans were dispatched to a suspicious person call where they located a 24 YOA white female that was found to have an active warrant out of the Texas Pardons and Parole Division. This warrant was confirmed and the subject was arrested and transported to jail.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On February 9th at 4:30 am while on patrol in the Hazy Hollow subdivision, Deputy Allen observed a red go cart towing a trailer with several items on it. Deputy Allen attempted to initiate a traffic stop, but the go-cart failed to yield and sped up to what appeared to be its top speed. The trailer began to shower sparks on the roadway as it bounced and served behind the go-cart. The suspect turned on to Blue Bonnet and abandoned the go-cart at the dead of the road and ran into the woods. The suspect was not apprehended. Copper Wire, a Ruth Berry Water Pump, Channel Locks, Needle Nose Pliers and other items were found in the Trailer left behind by the suspect. This case has been turned over to Detectives for investigation.
On February 7th Deputy Thomas was dispatched to Timberline Trail in regards to an Assault. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the 69 year old Complainant who advised that a 28 year old female had assaulted him because she thought he had taken her cell phone. The female had struck him in the face and then punched him. The Complainant was afraid if he hadn’t called the police the subject would continue to hurt him. The female was taken into custody for Felony Injury to the Elderly Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On February 5th Deputy Allen was dispatched to the 27000 block of Violet Ct in Magnolia in reference to a Warrant Service. Upon arrival Deputy Allen made contact with the wanted 39 year old male subject. The Warrant was confirmed for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Deputy Crandell placed the subject into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
On February 2nd Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Hidden Lake Drive in reference to a vehicle in the ditch. Deputy Thomas found a 58 year old female passed out in the passenger seat. The subject advised that she was not driving the truck. Deputy Crandell placed the subject into custody for Public Intoxication and transported her to the Montgomery County in Conroe.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
February 8th Deputy Howze responded to Forest Circle in regards to an Assault. It was learned that the female Complainant had been involved in a verbal disagreement with a male relative on location at which time she was assaulted. The male was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
February 11th Deputy Pugh was dispatched to the 100 block of April Waters W. in regards to Burglary of a vehicle. The Complainant reported that someone had entered their unlocked vehicle and stole electronic items.
February 11th Deputy Lowe responded to a Disturbance. Upon arrival officers met and spoke with a female who had been assaulted by her boyfriend. It was learned that both subjects began to argue while driving home from a local establishment. Once arriving home the male through the victim out of the vehicle and fled. This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division with charges pending.
February 12th Deputy Favorat responded to April Hill Drive in regards to an Assault. The female Complainant told officers that her boyfriend had come home intoxicated and she was struck and kicked. The male was located and arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
February 13th Deputy Davis was dispatched to Hunting Tower Run for an Assault. The male Complainant reported that he and his girlfriend were at home when they became involved into a verbal altercation. During the argument the male was struck several times by the female. The female was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The subject was then placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On February 8, Deputy Herman stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Glen Loch and Tanglebrush. During a check of his driver’s license, Deputy Herman found that the male driver had an active warrant for his arrest. The 20-year-old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:22 am and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 8, Deputy Prince stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Woodlands Parkway and Grogan’s Mill. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 34-year-old male from Houston was arrested at 11 pm and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 9, Deputy Eisenmenger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 30200 block of FM 2978. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The 43-year-old male from Magnolia was arrested at 12:27 am and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Deputy Abdelbaky arrested a 24-year-old male from Houston after a traffic stop in the area of Woodlands Parkway and Panther Trails on February 9. The suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody at 1:41 am and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. During a search at the jail, one Adderall pill was located on the suspect and an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance was added.
On February 9, Deputy Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 4600 block of Flintridge Dr. The male driver was found to have an outstanding Failure to Appear Warrant, to be intoxicated, and to have marijuana in his possession. The 23-year-old male from Spring was arrested at 2:13 am, for the FTA Warrant and was additionally charged with DWI and Possession of Marijuana. The 24-year-old female passenger from Conroe was taken into custody for Public Intoxication, after refusing to leave with a sober friend. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Deputy Prince was advised by employees at the Whataburger on College Park that they had a belligerent customer in the drive thru that would not pull through so they could assist other customers. Deputy Prince made contact with the driver and after conducting several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, determined that the 26-year-old male from Spring was Driving While Intoxicated. He was taken into custody at 3:51 am and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 10, Deputy O’Connor was dispatched to a Theft call at 6700 Woodlands Parkway. Upon arrival, the Loss Prevention Officer explained that the suspect, 21-year-old male from The Woodlands, had been observed conducting fake return transactions and pocketing the money. To date, the suspect had taken approximately $10,363.78 in cash. The suspect was taken into custody for Theft at 4:37 pm and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On February 10, Deputy Uber stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 27912 block of I-45 south. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license and no insurance. The 36-year-old male from Liberal, KS was arrested at 5:15 pm and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 10, Deputy Uber conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Woodlands Parkway. The driver, a 21-year-old male from Spring was found to have a bag with a green leafy substance identified as marijuana visible in the vehicle. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana and was taken into custody at 11 pm and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 10, Deputy Prince responded to a minor vehicle accident at Kuykendahl and FM1488. During the course of the investigation and information gathered from witnesses, Deputy Prince determined that the suspect, a 26-year-old male from Montgomery was intoxicated. The suspect was taken into custody at 7:50 pm for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On February 12, Deputy Prince and Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle in the area of I45 and FM 1488 after responding to an Attempt to Locate call. The suspect had hit another vehicle from behind and continued without stopping after the accident. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 36-year-old male from Houston, was arrested at 2:25 am, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 12, Deputy Prince stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 3000 block of Woodlands Parkway. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 54-year-old male from Spring was arrested at 11:30 pm, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
