District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On March 5, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of FM 2090 and Crockett Martin.  The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. During a search of the male a two inch dagger (an illegal knife) was located. The 25 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:40pm and transported to jail.

A 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:19am, March 6, and taken to jail from S. Danville by Deputy C. Santoro for a driving with license invalid warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious person.

A 35 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 6:06pm, March 6, and taken to jail from Crockett Martin Road by Deputy C. Santoro for two traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 1.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

A 48 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:03pm, March 6, and taken to jail from McComb Road by Deputy C. Santoro for five traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 2.  The Deputy was on a warrant service.

On March 7, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation on Harvill Drive. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 34 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:15pm, charged with DWI and taken to jail.

A 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:10pm, March 7, and taken to jail from the area of Hwy 105E and S. Walker Road by Sgt. E. Ward for two traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP1.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.

A 42 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 5:19am, March 9, and taken to jail from a residence on Donna by Deputy J. Bourne for a violation of probation warrant (original charge – possession of cocaine) out of the US Marshal’s Service.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

On March 10, Deputy A. Cross was sent to a residence on Old Hickory Drive in reference to an assault.  The Deputy met with a female who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into a physical altercation and she had been pushed down some concrete steps and that the boyfriend had tried to back into her with his vehicle. The 44 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:29am, charged with assault and deadly conduct and taken to jail.

A 25 year old male from Spring was arrested at 2:46pm, March 10, and taken to jail from a residence on Sam Houston Road by Deputy A. Booher for three traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 1.

A 36 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 2:51pm, March 10, and taken to jail from a residence on Crystal Forest by Deputy A. Terrell for three traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

On March 11, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 14000 block of Hwy 105E.  The male driver was found to be intoxicated.  The 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:43am, charged with DWI and taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On 03-02-12 at approximately 2259 hours, Deputy Dowell was dispatched to the 6600 block of FM 1488, in reference to an intoxicated female.  The female was located and do to her level of intoxication she was taken by E.M.S. to a local hospital.  It was discovered during the investigation that the female had several active warrants.  When the suspect was released from the hospital she was arrested.

On 03-08-12 at approximately 0145 hours, Deputy Knight was dispatched to the 24000 block of Interstate 45, in reference to a disturbance.  It was discovered that a white male from Spring had stolen property from another person.  The male was placed in custody for theft and transported to the MCSO jail.

On 03-06-12 at approximately 0839 hours, Deputy Underwood stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Songwood and Springwood Drive.  It was discovered that the driver’s license was suspended.  The driver, a white male from Conroe, was placed in custody for driving while license invalid, and was transported to MCSO Jail.

On 03-06-12 at approximately 0104 hours, Senior Sergeant Russell stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation, in the 1300 block of Riley Fuzzel Road.  It was discovered that his driver’s license was currently suspended.  The driver, a white male from Point Venture, Texas, was placed in custody for driving while license invalid, and was transported to MCSO Jail.

On 03-05-12 at approximately 1555 hours, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the 1000 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to two shoplifters.  Upon arriving at the location and investigation was conducted.  As a result of the investigation, two white females, from The Woodlands, Texas, were placed in custody for theft and transported to the MCSO jail.

On 03-05-12 at approximately 0110 hours, Deputy Knight was dispatched to the 24900 block of Interstate 45, in reference to a disturbance in progress.  Upon arrival, one of the actors, a white male from Spring, was located.  After an investigation, the male was placed in custody for Public Intoxication, and transported to the MCSO jail.

On 03-04-12 at approximately 2321 hours, Deputy Dowell was dispatched to a disturbance in the 25000 block of Interstate 45.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that a male assaulted a female. The white male, from Spring, Texas, was place in custody for assault, family violence and was transported to the MCSO Jail.

On 03-04-12 at approximately 0049 hours, several Deputies were dispatched to the 25600 block of Interstate 45, in reference to a disturbance.  At the apartment a small amount of narcotics were found.  Two males were arrested for assault and possession of a controlled substance. One of the suspects tried to spit on a deputy and kicked him.  That suspect was also charged with harassment of a public servant. 

On 03-03-12 at approximately 1846 hours, Deputy Lawless was dispatched to Woodway Court, in reference to a family violence.  As a result of the investigation, a white male from Spring was placed in custody for assault.  The male was transported to the MCSO Jail.

On 03-03-2012 at approximately 1723 hours, Sergeant Varnell was dispatched to the 25000 block of Interstate 45, in reference to a family violence.  As a result of the investigation, a white female from Spring was placed in custody for assault, family violence.  She was transported to the MCSO Jail.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 3/6/12 Deputy Jackson was dispatched to a store on FM 1485.  Upon arrival he learned that a male had come in and attempted to cash a check that had been homemade and was forged.  The suspect, a 19 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Forgery.

On 3/6/12 Deputy Amstutz was on patrol on Kelly St. and observed a 4 wheeler operating illegally on the roadway.  Upon trying to stop the 4 wheeler the driver attempted to run from the patrol unit.  The driver of the ATV wrecked in a ditch trying to turn on the next street over.  The driver attempted to run but was quickly stopped when approached by the Officer.  The suspect, a 46 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Evading in a Motor Vehicle.

On 3/6/12 Deputy Layman was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a suspicious person.  Upon his arrival he learned that the suspect had taken a can of Ultra Duster canned air and inhaled it in the store.  The male then passed out and fell to the floor.  The male was checked medically and was then arrested.  The suspect, a 20 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Use of Inhalants.

On 3/7/12 Deputy Ashmore and Voris arrived at a residence on FM 1485 in reference to an ongoing investigation.  Upon arrival they made contact with a male who stated that the subject they were looking for was not at the home.  The male told the officers an incorrect name and date of birth.  Officers were able to verify through computer records that the male was in fact who they were looking for and had lied about his name.  The subject, a 29 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Failure to Identify.

On 3/8/12 Deputy Logan was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival he learned that the suspect had attempted to leave the store without paying for $99 worth of merchandise.  The suspect, an 18 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 3/9/12 Deputy Hardin was dispatched to an address on Portman Dr. in reference to a Welfare check.  Upon his arrival he came across a male who was highly intoxicated.  The male was arrested for his safety.  The suspect, a 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.

On 3/10/12 Deputy Gratz was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival he learned that the suspect had attempted to leave the store without paying for $56 worth of merchandise.  The suspect, a 22 year old female from Kingwood was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 3/11/12 Deputy Hardin was dispatched to Hwy 59 at Roman Forest in reference to a male passed out in a vehicle.  Upon arrival he made contact with the male who was highly intoxicated.  The suspect, a 34 year old male from New Caney was arrested for Public Intoxication.

On 3/11/12 Deputy Jackson was dispatched to an address on Walker Rd. in reference to a Family Violence.  Upon his arrival he met with the victim who stated that the suspect had placed his hands around her neck and pushed her to the floor.  The suspect, a 62 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.

Warrants Served

On 3/7/12 Deputy Logan arrested a 30 year old female from Porter for a DWI warrant.

On 3/8/12 Deputy Logan arrested a 45 year old male from Splendora for a Forgery warrant.

On 3/8/12 Cpl. Lebeau arrested  a 26 year old male from Livingston for a Theft by Check warrant.

On 3/10/12 Deputy T. Smith arrested a 21 year old female from Spring for an Assault Family Violence warrant.

On 3/10/12 Deputy Hardin arrested a 44 year old male from Huffman for a Theft by Check warrant.

On 3/12/12 Deputy Logan arrested a 33 year old male from Conroe for a Driving While License Invalid warrant.

On 3/13/12 Deputy Logan arrested a 28 year old male from Humble for a Theft of Property Warrant.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On March 11th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Cecilia Circle in reference to a Disturbance.  A 32 year old female was having an argument with her boyfriend and called 911.  The female had an active Felony Warrant out of Burleson County for Endangerment of a Child.  Deputy Provenzano arrested her and transported her to jail.

On March 11th Sergeant Swank was dispatched to the Decker Hills subdivision in reference to Assault.   The victim advised that she and her husband had been arguing and he had grabbed her, shoved her and thrown a plate at her.  The suspect a 27 year old male was placed him into custody for Assault Family Violence.

On March 10th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Inverness Crossing subdivision in reference to a Family Violence.  Upon arrival a 19 year old female was found in her bed yelling.  Her mother advised that the suspect had come home intoxicated and had started kicking things and trying to break windows the assaulted two family members.  The subject was taken into custody for two counts of Assault Family Violence.

On March 10th Deputy Provenzano was traveling north on FM 149 when he observed a truck driving south on FM 149 with a headlight out.  Deputy Provenzano conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the 27 year old male driver.  The subject’s driver’s license was invalid and he was taken in custody for a 2nd Offense of DWLI and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 8th Sergeant Kader responded to an Assault Family Violence on Pecos Ranch Rd.  Upon arrival the Sergeant was met by the female Complainant who was upset and crying.  She advised the 33 year old male was angry with her for returning home from work late.  The subject grabbed her by the nose and then held a bat out and threatened to kill her.   Sergeant Kader placed the subject into custody for Assault Family Violence and Terroristic Threat.

On March 7th Deputy Allen was dispatched to Gardenia Lane in reference to a Family Violence.   The parties involved was a brother 47 years old and sister 52 years both old living with their mother.  The parties were arguing over the air conditioning and the brother threatened the sister.  The male was taken into custody for Terroristic Threat Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On March 6th Deputy Irvine while traveling south on FM 1774 saw a truck traveling north at a high rate of speed and passing cars in the center turn lane.  Deputy Irvine activated emergency lights and attempted to stop the truck.  The vehicle accelerated and ran the red light at Nichol Sawmill.  The driver stopped on 10th street.  The 24 year old male was taken into custody and charged with DWI, Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle (Felony Offense) and DWLI 2nd.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch   (Northwest County)

March 6th Deputy Thompson responded to the 19900 block of Monk Ln. in regards to an Assault. The Complainant reported that a family member arrived and came inside without permission. An altercation ensued whereby the Complainant was assaulted. The male family member was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation (Assault) (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

March 7th Deputy Davis was dispatched to Spring Branch Trail Dr. in regards to an Assault. It was learned that a husband and wife had been involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the wife was assaulted. The husband was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

March 7th Deputy Pierman was dispatched to Hemingway Dr. in regards to a Criminal Mischief. Deputies obtained a description of three Suspects. All three Suspects, two males and one female, were located nearby. Both males were arrested for Criminal Mischief and placed into the Montgomery County Jail. The female, determined to be a reported runaway, was taken into custody and placed into the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

March 8th Deputy Fluellen responded to Lakeside Dr. in regards to an Assault. Officers learned that a husband and wife had been involved in a verbal altercation inside their home when it became physical and the wife was assaulted. The husband was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

March 10th Deputy Treille responded to a Welfare Check on FM 149 in regards to a vehicle in the ditch. Upon arrival officers discovered an unconscious male behind the wheel of the running vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the male was intoxicated and had passed out while driving causing the vehicle to leave the roadway. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

Woodlands (District 6) Zone Map

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On March 6 at approximately 2 am, Deputy Prince initiated a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek.  The suspect, a 39-year-old male from the Woodlands, was intoxicated and was taken into custody.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 6 at approximately 6:15 pm, Deputy Cherry responded to a Shoplifter in Custody at 10001 Woodlands Parkway.  The suspect, a 20-year-old male from Tomball, attempted to take $108.84 worth of merchandise from the Wal-Mart.  The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 6 at approximately 8:30 pm, Deputy Richards was dispatched to a Shoplifter in Custody at 1201 Lake Woodlands.  The suspects, a 20-year-old female from Humble and a 21-year-old female from Houston, attempted to take $687.00 worth of merchandise from the Macy’s Department Store.  The first suspect was charged with Class B Theft and the second suspect with State Jail Felony Theft due to prior convictions.  Both were taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 8 at approximately Noon, Deputy Curtis and Deputy Camarena arrested a 24-year-old male from Conroe for a warrant for Failure to Appear and Motion to Revoke Probation.  The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 10 at approximately 2 am, Deputy Prince responded to assist Deputy Frantz with a Motor Vehicle accident on S. Panther Creek Drive.  The driver, a 22-year-old female from Spring, was determined to be intoxicated and was taken into custody.  The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 10 at approximately 4:24 pm, Deputy Weatherford responded to a Shoplifter in Custody at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive.  The suspect, a 17-year-old male from Willis, attempted to take $99.01 worth of merchandise from the Macy’s Department Store.  The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Theft.

On March 10 at approximately 9:20 pm, Deputy Rascoe conducted a traffic stop in the area of S. Panther Creek and Glen Loch Drive.  The suspect, a 20-year-old male from Conroe, was found to have marijuana in his vehicle.  The suspect was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 13 at approximately 5 am, Deputy Burnett initiated a traffic stop on Panther Creek Drive.  Three males exited the vehicle and took off running.  Two were caught after a short foot chase.  The two suspects from the Greenspoint are in jail charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motorized Vehicle, Engaged in Organized Criminal Activity and Evading Arrest.  Identification of the third suspect is pending.

    Almost all of Montgomery counties so called “sheriffs” are just racist bigots who got bullied in high school. The truth stings.
