District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On March 19, Sgt. E. Ward was sent to a residence on Underwood in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy met with several persons on location and separated all parties. A male on location had made verbal threats against his parents. The 17 year old male from Willis was found to be in violation of a protective order for that address and was placed into custody and transported to jail.

On March 19, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 9600 block of Lakewood Drive. The 30 year old male driver, from Conroe, was operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The male was arrested at 3:17am and taken to jail.

A 21 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:32pm, March 20, and taken to jail from a residence on Hwy 75N by Deputy A. Booher for a fail to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 3.  The Deputy was investigating a disturbance.

A 30 year old female from New Waverly was arrested at 9:26pm, March 21, and taken to jail from a residence on FM 2693 by Deputy J. Bourne for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County and two traffic warrants out of JP 1 court. The Deputy was on a warrant service.

On March 21, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 400 block of S. Woodson Street.  The 32 year old female driver, from Willis, was operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license. The female was arrested at11:31pm and taken to jail.

A 44 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:28am, March 22, at a residence on Willis Waukegan Road by Deputy S. Squier for a bond forfeiture (theft) warrant out of Travis County.  A 43 year old female, from Conroe, on location, was also arrested for a DWI warrant out of Harris County and a fail to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 3. Both were taken to jail. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

On March 23, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 17500 block of Hunters Trail.  The female driver was found to be intoxicated at which time she was detained.  A search of the vehicle revealed a quantity of marijuana.  The 20 year old female from Porter was arrested at 12:26am, charged with DWI and possession of marijuana and placed in jail.

A 30 year old male, address unknown, was arrested at 8:01am, March 24, and taken to jail from the 13000 block of Buckingham Place by Deputy A. Terrell for a traffic warrant out of Humble PD.  The Deputy was investigating a suspicious person.

A 38 year old female from Spring was arrested at 8:04pm, March 24, and taken to jail from a residence on White Oak Lane by Deputy J. West for an assault warrant and a fail to appear warrant, both out of Montgomery County JP 2. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

A 32 year old male, address unknown, was arrested at 8:12pm, March 24, at a residence on Candy Oak Lane by Deputy Z. Winford for a fraudulent use/possession of identifying information warrant out of Montgomery County.  Also, on location, a 40 year old female, from Florida, was arrested for theft of checks.  Both were taken to jail.  The Deputy was assisting the MCSO detective division on an investigation leading to the arrests.

A 26 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:22am, March 25, and taken to jail from the 14000 block of FM 830 by Deputy Z. Winford for a theft of property warrant out of Brazoria County.  The Deputy was investigating a suspicious vehicle call.

A 30 year old male from Humble was arrested at 4:34pm, March 25, and taken to jail from the 10900 block of FM 1484 by Deputy C. Sullivent for four traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 1 and 3 and also a fail to appear warrant out of Burleson County. The male had been stopped in his vehicle after leaving a disturbance and was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license of which he had several previous convictions.  On inventorying the vehicle a semi-auto handgun was located and the male was charged additionally with unlawful carrying of a weapon.

A 27 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:16pm, March 25, and taken to jail from a residence on Hwy 105E by Deputy S. Degner for a fail to pay child support warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On 03/10/12, Deputy Fruge responded to the 200 block of Sawdust Road for a welfare check. Upon arrival Deputy Fruge observed a male who was asleep inside a restaurant open to the public. The 48 yoa male from The Woodlands, showed signs of intoxication and was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

On 03/18/12, Deputy Christensen responded to the 1000 block of Sawdust Road for a theft. Upon arrival Deputy Christensen identified a male on location that had an active Pct. 3 Montgomery County warrant. The 44 yoa male from Spring, was taken into custody for the warrant.

On 03/23/12, Deputy Underwood responded to an address on Leafywood Drive on a trespasser. Upon arrival Deputy Underwood met the actor who refused to leave the property. The male resisted arrest. The 51 yoa male from Houston, was taken into custody for Criminal Trespassing and Resisting Arrest.

On 03/25/12, Deputy Fruge responded to the 200 block of Sawdust Road on a disturbance. Upon arrival Deputy Fruge met the actor who he learned had an active Pct. 3 Montgomery County warrant. The 35 yoa male from Spring, was taken into custody for the warrant.

On 03/25/12, Deputy Underwood and other deputies responded to the 25000 block of IH45 for a burglary in progress. Upon arrival one male was located in a vehicle and detained as the other male fled on foot. Upon further investigation the second male was identified and located nearby. A 26 yoa male from Montgomery was taken into custody for Burglary of a Motor vehicle, Evading on Foot and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. A 24 yoa male from Spring, was taken into custody for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

On 03/25/12, Deputy Mckee responded to the 3000 block of FM 1488 on a welfare check. Upon arrival Deputy Mckee met with a male who showed signs of intoxication. A 49 yoa male from Houston, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 3/20/12 Deputy McCord and Sgt. Miller were dispatched to an overdose call at a residence on Hollyberry Ct. Upon arrival they found that a male had overdosed on heroin.  A quantity of heroin was located by officers.  The subject was transported to the hospital and upon arrival by officers at the hospital they found the subject stealing syringes from the hospital cart.  The subject was released medically and arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  The suspect, a 29 year old male from New Caney.

On 3/22/12 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to a disturbance call on Baptist Encampment.  Upon his arrival he met with the victim who had injuries from an assault.  The victim stated that the suspect had come over to his house and accused the victim of stealing beer cans.  The suspect then struck the victim in the face causing injuries.  The suspect was located at a nearby residence.  The suspect, a 44 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Assault.

On 3/24/12 Deputy McCord and Sgt. Miller were dispatched to a Theft call at the Porter Wal Mart.  Upon arrival they learned that the suspect had attempted to leave the store without paying for $154 worth of merchandise.  The suspect, an 18 year old male from Cleveland was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 3/25/12 Deputy McCord and Sgt. Miller were dispatched to a Criminal Trespass on Midline Rd.  Upon arrival they met with the complainant and learned that the suspect had come onto his property and had been given prior notice that she was not supposed to be on the property.  The suspect, a 45 year old female from Cleveland was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass.

On 3/26/12 Deputy Burk was dispatched to Holly Dr. in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival he came across a female involved in the disturbance.  The officer advised the female to come over to his patrol car.  The female continued to drink beer and walk down the road.  The female appeared intoxicated and was having trouble walking.  The suspect, a 51 year old female from Splendora was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.

On 3/26/12 Deputy Burk was dispatched to Morris St. in reference to a family violence call.  Upon arrival he met with the victim who stated that the suspect had hit her with a kitchen skillet, aluminum broom and shoved her down.  The victim was transported to the hospital.  The suspect, a 49 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Assault.

On 3/27/12 Deputy Logan was dispatched to an address on Red Oaks in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had tackled the victim on to the couch and threatened her with a knife.  The suspect, a 25 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault Family Violence.

On 3/28/12 Deputy Perez was dispatched to a vehicle disturbance at a Shell station on Hwy. 59.  Upon his arrival he located a male and upon approaching the suspect attempted to swallow marijuana.  He also observed a female in the vehicle trying to hide something in the back seat.  It was found that the female had pills that she was hiding in her purse later identified as Soma.  The male suspect, a 29 year old from Humble was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Tampering with Evidence.  The female suspect, a 26 year old female from Porter was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Warrants Served

On 03/20/12 Deputy Gratz arrested a 28 year old female for an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon warrant out of Montgomery County.

On 03/23/12 Sgt. Miller and Deputy McCord arrested a 20 year old female for a Capias Pro Fine warrant out of Montgomery County.

On 03/23/12 Deputy Layman arrested a 20 year old male for a Failure to Appear warrant out of Montgomery County.

On 03/25/12 Deputy Jackson arrested a 32 year old female for a Failure to Appear warrant.

On 03/26/12 Deputy Ashmore arrested a 28 year old female for a Failure to Appear warrant.

On 3/26/12 Deputy Martinez arrested a 21 year old male for a Felony Fraud warrant.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On March 25th Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Park Place subdivision in reference to a male chasing another male around a yard with a metal pipe.  Upon arrival Deputy Irvine spoke with the Complainant who advised when he arrived home from work the 42 year old male suspect was drunk and wanting to fight.  The suspect grabbed a small metal pipe and threatened the Complainant.   Deputy Irvine placed the subject into custody for Assault Family Violence/Terroristic Threat.

On March 24th Deputy Provenzano was traveling on Turiff Circle when he observed a vehicle fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign.  The Deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the 24 year old male driver.  The subject Deputy Provenzano placed the subject into custody for driving while license suspended and an Active Warrant for DWLS.

On March 23rd Deputy Mittag was dispatched to a Family Violence in the Convenient Country subdivision.  Upon arrival Deputy Mittag spike with the Complainant and her mother.  They both advised that a 32 male suspect had thrown a television and was yelling.  The Complainant became frighten and tried to call 911 at which time the suspect took her cell phone.  The subject was placed into custody for Interference with an Emergency Phone Call and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On March 19th Deputy Provenzano was advised a wanted felon was at a residence on Buckhorn Drive.  The 19 year old female had an active warrant for her arrest for Possession of Control Substance.  The Deputy went to the address and was able to locate the suspect.  After the Warrant was confirmed Deputy Provenzano placed her under arrest and transported her to Female Booking in Conroe.

On March 18th Deputy Allen was dispatched to Red Fox Ln in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival Deputy Allen found a 51 year old female who was on the property.  During the investigation it was discovered there was an active Criminal Trespass Warning against the female.  The subject was arrested for Criminal Trespass and transported to Female Booking in Conroe.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch   (Northwest County)

March 21st Deputy Garner responded to a residence on Navajo Rd. in regards to a Theft. The Complainant reported several firearms missing from his home. This case is currently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

March 21st Deputy Rex was dispatched to East Lynbrook Drive in regards to an Assault. It was learned that a husband and wife had been involved in a physical altercation. The male was arrested for Assault (Family Violence) and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

March 22nd Deputy Garlock responded to W. Creek Drive in regards to a Theft. The Complainant advised that someone had entered his property and stolen the water pump from his water well. This case is under investigation by the Patrol Division.

March 22nd Deputy Wroten was dispatched to Knollcrest Dr. in regards to an Assault. It was learned that a male and female had been involved in a physical fight. Investigation also revealed that the male had caused an injury to a four month old child. The male was arrested for Assault (Family Violence), Injury to a Child and Resisting Arrest after becoming combative with officers on the scene.

March 23rd Deputy Favorat responded to Cherry Oak Ln. in regards to two Burglaries of a Building. A homebuilder reported that someone had forced entry into two homes under construction and stole appliances. This case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.

Woodlands (District 6) Zone Map

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On March 19, at approximately 2:15 p.m., Deputy Rodriguez met with the ex-husband of a complainant in a Criminal Mischief and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.  During the course of the contact, Deputy Rodriguez discovered the ex-husband had an active warrant for his arrest in an unrelated matter.  The 26-year-old male from The Woodlands was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 20 at approximately 12:30 a.m., Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on Waterway Court.  The driver, a 48-year-old male from The Woodlands, was found to have an invalid driver’s license.  The suspect was charged with Driving While License Invalid and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 20 at approximately 6:15 p.m., Deputy Cogdill was approached by a 30-year-old male from Cleveland, who stated that DPS was unable to renew his license due to an open warrant and was requesting assistance is clearing up the situation.  The male was taken into custody at that time and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 21 at approximately 2 a.m., Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on South Panther Creek Drive.  During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, a 45-year-old male from Tomball, was found to be intoxicated.  The suspect was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 22 at approximately 3 a.m., Deputy Abdelbaky conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway and E. Panther Creek Drive.  While identifying all the occupants, it was determined that one occupant had given false information.  The suspect, a 20-year-old male from Spring, was charged with Failure to Identity Fugitive after he gave false identifying information to keep from being arrested for two outstanding warrants for Failure to Appear and a Parole Violation.

On March 23 at approximately 3:10 p.m., Deputy Weatherford responded to a Shoplifter at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive.  The suspect, a 16-year-old female from Spring, attempted to take $67.96 worth of merchandise from the Target Store.  The suspect was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility charged with Theft.

On March 23 at approximately 9 p.m., Deputy Boerema conducted a traffic stop on Tanglebrush and Glen Loch.  During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, an 18-year-old male from The Woodlands, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 25 at approximately 1:24 a.m., Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway.  The driver, 17-year-old female from The Woodlands, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.  The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.  The two passengers in the vehicle were released to their parents, and received Citations for Minor in Consumption of Alcohol.

On March 25 at approximately 1:40 a.m., Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway.  The driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old male from Houston, was found to have an open container of beer on the floorboard of the vehicle as well as having spilled it on the center console.  The suspect was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 26 at approximately 2:45 p.m., Deputy Cogdill responded to a Trespasser on Hidden View Circle.  Upon arrival, Deputy Cogdill made contact with the suspect, a 19-year-old male, who was sitting in a chair on the porch.  The suspect was found to have an open felony warrant and was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 26 at approximately 11:40 p.m., Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway.  During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, a 36-year-old male from Spring, was determined to be intoxicated.  The suspect was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 26 at approximately 1 a.m., Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway at Grogan’s Mill.  The driver, 42-year-old male from Spring, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
